En caso de falla o incumplimiento del artículo, dentro del plazo de garantía mencionado, el cliente deberá informar a RECIFE y proceder a la respectiva entrega, para su evaluación.
Dependiendo de lo que parezca posible, después de analizar y evaluar el artículo, RECIFE reparará, reemplazará el artículo o resolverá el contrato de compraventa y reembolsará el monto pagado.
En cualquier caso, quedan excluidos de la garantía los costes de mano de obra con montaje o desmontaje o cesión de vehículos de sustitución.
Los siguientes casos están específicamente excluidos de la garantía:a. Daños de transporte no informados dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la recepción de las piezas;b. Daños o defectos de pintura, ya que las piezas están usadas y pueden mostrar signos de uso;c. Mal manejo, uso inapropiado, negligencia, sobrecarga, inestabilidad de corriente, sobretensiones, instalación o montaje defectuoso y otras causas externas que no sean imputables a la fabricación y calidad de la pieza;d. Daños causados ??por rotura, golpes o cuidados negligentes;e. Desgaste normal del producto, siempre que esté dentro de los niveles esperados;f. a. Daños de transporte no informados dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la recepción de las piezas;
b. Daños o defectos de pintura, ya que las piezas están usadas y pueden mostrar signos de uso;
c. Mal manejo, uso inapropiado, negligencia, sobrecarga, inestabilidad de corriente, sobretensiones, instalación o montaje defectuoso y otras causas externas que no sean imputables a la fabricación y calidad de la pieza;
d. Daños causados ??por rotura, golpes o cuidados negligentes;
e. Desgaste normal del producto, siempre que esté dentro de los niveles esperados;
f. Todas las situaciones que se detecten como intentos de fraude;
g. Violación de marcas registradas y grabaciones;
H. Reparación o instalación de piezas realizadas por personal no cualificado.
La garantía del motor se refiere exclusivamente a la parte principal del motor, que comprende la culata, el bloque, el cárter y los respectivos componentes operativos internos. En el caso de los motores diésel, la garantía también incluye la bomba de inyección y el turbo, en el caso de un motor con sobrealimentación.
RECIFE no se hará cargo de garantías y/o devoluciones en los casos en que las piezas requieran instalación y/o adaptaciones especiales. Por ejemplo: las piezas que requieren codificación, desde el momento en que son manipuladas pierden su garantía; Si abre una ECU, pierde la garantía.
La activación de la garantía se realiza previa presentación de la factura de compra.
La formalización de la compra por parte del cliente implica la aceptación de todas las condiciones aquí expresadas.
