ECOOPARTS S.L. aims to provide users with the highest level of trust by ensuring strict compliance with consumer protection regulations. Therefore, the following terms and conditions are presented, which govern the commercial transactions between the SELLERS and their users. A SELLER is any natural or legal person who sells their products through the platform www.ecooparts.com.

Subject and Scope — The user indicates that they are aware of the special sales conditions at the time of placing the order, which are displayed on the screen, including name, price, weight, quantity, product details, etc.
By placing the order and confirming it, the user becomes a customer and fully accepts these terms and conditions, which bind them contractually to the SELLERS. The user can contact a specific SELLER using the contact details provided by each seller in their seller profile.
The user also agrees that they have read and understood the other legal documents published both on the website and in the terms of use and privacy policy.

Product Descriptions and Information Provided — The information displayed on the website is truthful and error-free. If any such error occurs, which never works in the SELLERS' interest, it will be immediately corrected.
The photos that illustrate the products are for illustrative purposes only. The texts accompanying these photos reproduce information provided on the packaging and technical features. Differences between the photos and the products may be minimal and could be due to the screen resolution from which the website is accessed. However, these differences do not affect the essential features of the products.

Languages for Purchasing Products — Purchases made by customers are considered to be in Spanish; there is no option to complete the purchase of products in another language.

Price — All prices are quoted in euros by default. The price shown for the products and shipping costs includes VAT and any other taxes affecting the transaction according to Spanish tax legislation.

Order Confirmation and Product Availability — The customer places the order by clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button. The order will be added to a total amount that includes all the items confirmed by the customer, which can be viewed by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the menu.

Shipping Times and Fees — The customer selects the shipping location at the time of the order. Typically, the shipping will occur 24 hours after the payment confirmation.
The SELLERS are not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond their control, such as force majeure, accidents, transport strikes, which delay, prevent, or lead to incidents in the shipping. If several products are ordered at the same time, the SELLERS may ship different items from the shopping cart on different days, depending on the availability of each product.

Shipping Costs — The shipping costs are individually displayed depending on the shipping destination and are clearly separated from the product price.

Receiving the Goods — Upon receipt of the products, the customer agrees to sign the delivery form presented by the person making the delivery. The customer may add any notes they deem necessary on this form. By signing the delivery form, the customer acknowledges receiving the specified number of packages. If the customer notices damaged or missing products, they must send a complaint via email to the SELLER within 24 hours.

Payment Terms — To complete the purchase, the user can choose one of the payment methods offered at the time of the order. If bank transfer is selected as the payment method, the customer must send the payment receipt via email to the SELLER within the next 7 days.
The SELLERS will process the order only after the payment has been confirmed.

Requested Information — All data provided during the transaction will be stored in the SELLERS' files to manage the purchase process and send commercial information regarding our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle the data. In any case, you can exercise your rights to access, rectification, deletion, and opposition by sending a copy of your ID to the SELLER's email address.

Warranty — The customer is entitled to a 1-year warranty for all products offered, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
To exercise the warranty, the customer must keep and present the purchase receipt. If the warranty is claimed and the product is defective within the warranty period, we will offer a replacement product or refund the amount if the product is out of stock.
The customer must return the product or replacement part in its original packaging or similar packaging and take care to prevent damage during transport. Inadequate packaging may result in deductions from the refund amount to cover the damage.
All marketed items are properly sealed, with seals and markings to ensure the correct traceability of the product. Breaking these seals or manipulating the product will void the warranty.
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Improper handling, inappropriate use, negligence, overload, neglect, instability of power, voltage spikes, incorrect installations or assemblies, and other external causes not attributable to the product's manufacturing and quality.
- Damage caused by breaks, shocks, scratches, or improper care.
- Damage caused by transport, shocks, weather, or other force majeure events not attributable to the quality of the product.
- Repairs and/or installations carried out by unauthorized workshops.
- Repairs, manipulations, and/or installations done without prior written authorization from the SELLER after the buyer has indicated dissatisfaction.
- Repairs, manipulations, and/or installations due to a manufacturing defect without prior written notification from the buyer.
- Lack of vehicle maintenance or improper maintenance in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions or practices specific to the vehicle or engine's features, as well as improper use of the vehicle leading to product defects.
- Overheating of the engine due to external causes or improper or faulty assembly.
- Improper use of oils, lack of oils when installing the engine, or improper lubrication.
- Due to the nature of the products and because they are used parts, accessories such as seals, filters, or thermostats are never covered under warranty.
- LABOR COSTS ARE EXCLUDED FROM WARRANTY IN ANY CASE.
If the specific object of the purchase is an engine, the buyer must always replace the complete distribution system and the water pump. This is because the condition of the external or accessory parts of the engine is unknown. The same applies to the injection system, thermostat, turbocharger, sensors, or hoses, as they are accessories that are not integral parts of the engine. All our engines are equipped with a thermal fuse that measures any possible overheating due to improper use of the engine. Therefore, the warranty covers the specific object of the purchase, i.e., the engine and its internal parts, including the crankshaft, pistons, and cylinder head. This means the warranty applies only to the engine itself, so only the parts integral to the engine are covered. Any other parts and accessories not considered integral parts of the engine are not covered.
Regarding the control units, these may store the history of the vehicle from which they were removed. Therefore, resetting (erasing the stored data) and loading the vehicle data to be repaired are required for reuse. Improper installation of the spare part may render the control unit unusable. Therefore, they are ONLY SOLD TO AUTHORISED WORKSHOPS.

Right of Withdrawal — Every customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days (Law 3/2014 Art. 71) without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise this right, the customer must cover the shipping costs for returning the goods and send back not only the product but also the original packaging or similar packaging along with all accessories and documentation. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal notification before the withdrawal period expires, using the form found at the following link and sending it via email to the SELLER.

Refund of Paid Amounts — If applicable, the refund will be made through the payment method used for the purchase.
The refundable amount is the original amount shown in the order. After the condition of the returned product is checked, the SELLER will issue the refund within 10 days after receiving the product at our facilities, as an inspection and verification are required.

Applicable Law. Jurisdiction — By placing the order, the customer agrees that the purchase is governed by Spanish law, so these terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law, and in case of disputes or interpretation questions, Spanish law will apply. In the event of disputes, the SELLERS submit to the courts of the buyer's residence (consumer).

No other oral or written warranty issued by ECOOPARTS ECOMMERCE S.L. will be recognized.
