What shipping methods are available?
Each seller has their shipping methods. When you select the items you want to purchase and access the cart, you can select the shipping method from each seller.
How can I get an estimated delivery date?
If you create an account as a buyer, you can go to the orders section and check the tracking number. You can also track an order from the top menu Tracking.
Can I split my order to send it to different locations?
Unfortunately, each order is shipped to a specific address set in the cart. If you wish to send to different addresses, you must place separate orders and assign the corresponding addresses to each one.
Payment Information
We offer multiple payment methods including credit card, PayPal, Bizum, and bank transfer, subject to availability depending on the seller. For purchases of multiple items from different sellers, payment is split by seller, with specific details provided during the payment process.
Orders and Returns
To initiate a return or exchange, complete the form in the order details, specifying the reason. Returns that comply with the seller's warranty policy will only be accepted. Orders cannot be canceled once paid for and processed.
