2. El período de garantía se describe en cada uno de los productos, en su respectiva página del producto.

3. Si se producen fallas o errores durante el período de garantía, el cliente debe notificar y entregar los bienes sujetos a garantía a Desguace Sanchez para que puedan ser evaluados, reparados y, en su caso, restituidos.

4. Los siguientes casos se excluyen de esta garantía a. Consumibles y piezas de desgaste; b. Daños causados por el transporte no notificados dentro de las 24 horas siguientes a la recepción de las piezas; c. Daños o defectos de pintura, ya que las piezas se utilizan y pueden presentar señales de uso;

5. Compresor A/A 1. En este tipo de pieza, no se aceptará ninguna garantía sin seguir las siguientes etapas: a. Sustitución del filtro; b. Limpieza del circuito, usando equipos y líquidos adecuados; c. Verificación de la válvula de expansión, si no está en buenas condiciones, deberá ser sustituida. Tratándose de un compresor en el que el circuito de frío utilice una válvula estranguladora, ésta deberá ser sustituida; d. Utilización del gas apropiado para el cual el compresor ha sido concebido; e. Comprobación del nivel de aceite del compresor, después de su montaje.

6. Motores 0. La garantía de los motores se refiere exclusivamente a la parte principal del motor, comprendida por la cabeza del motor, bloque, cárter y sus componentes internos de funcionamiento. En el caso de motores diésel, la garantía incluye la bomba inyectora y el turbo, si se trata de un motor con sobrealimentación. 1. Hay que entender que es imposible conocer con exactitud cuáles son las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante por lo que es necesario colocar un KIT DE DISTRIBUCIÓN. 2. Por otro lado en ocasiones es posible que pase bastante tiempo desde que el vehículo entra en nuestras instalaciones, se desmonta y finalmente se vuelve a montar en otro vehículo similar por lo que es necesario sustituir BOMBA DE AGUA y TERMOSTATO. 3. Además es importante cambiar JUNTAS, FILTROS, ACEITES, REFRIGERANTES, y cualquier ELEMENTO del motor ROTO o DETERIORADO POR EL GOLPE. El motor es una pieza usada y tiene un desgaste, por lo cual puede tener un gasto de aceite dentro de unos límites, los cuales serán en consecuencias del desgaste de dicho motor. 4. Para la garantía de los motores es válida es necesario comprobar el cambio de la correa de distribución. 5. Se excluyen de la garantía las piezas exteriores que se montar en el motor, por ejemplo: el cuerpo inyector, inyectores, manguitos, distribuidor, bobinas, bomba de agua, embrague, colectores de admisión y escape, diferentes radiadores, depresores, ventiladores, diferentes sensores e instalaciones eléctricas o cualquier otra pieza no mencionada anteriormente. En cuanto a los motores, quedan excluidas de la garantía el calentamiento y el sobrecalentamiento del motor por causas ajenas a éste y el uso inadecuado de aceites y demás fluidos.

7. Otras consideraciones sobre la garantía 0. Los productos comercializados por Desguace Sanchez están debidamente identificados por marcas y grabaciones propias, para la correcta identificación de su origen, si tienen que ser devueltas. Estas marcas y las grabaciones no se pueden manipular, de lo contrario los artículos perderán su garantía. 1. Desguace Sanchez no tendrá ninguna responsabilidad por garantías y / o devoluciones en los casos en que las piezas necesitan instalación y / o adaptaciones especiales. Por ejemplo, las piezas que requieran ser codificadas, a partir del momento en que se manipulen pierden su garantía. El cliente deberá tener siempre en cuenta este hecho antes de realizar su compra. 2. En todos los casos, la mano de obra y la utilización de vehículos de sustitución quedan absolutamente excluidas de la garantía de las piezas comercializadas por Desguace Sanchez. 3. La factura es su prueba para cualquier reclamación, por lo que este documento debe ser guardado por el cliente para ejercer sus derechos.
