- Si el cambio se debe a un error por parte del cliente (al realizar el pedido), éste correrá con los gastos de envío. En el caso de que el error fuese nuestro, el cliente recibirá la mercancía solicitada sin coste adicional.

- Solo se admitirán devoluciones dentro del plazo de 14 días hábiles a contar desde la fecha de recepción de la mercancía por el cliente, y siempre que se cumplan las condiciones expuestas en esta página (art. 44 de la Ley de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista de 1996 modif. en 2002)

- Para realizar cualquier devolución, tiene que ponerse en contacto con nosotros mediante el correo electrónico: [email protected] Desde aquí se le contestara con la aceptación, si es el caso, cumpliendo los plazos y condiciones establecidos.

- A todas las devoluciones por causas injustificadas se les descontaran los gastos de gestión ocasionados.

No se aceptaran devoluciones que reúnan las siguientes características:

- Según la Ley 47/2002 de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista, consumibles que hayan sido desprecintados o que las marcas de identificación internas hayan sido manipuladas.

- Productos que se hayan comprado para hacer pruebas.

- Productos que vayan con embalaje tipo "blíster", no podrá aceptarse nunca la devolución una vez que el producto haya sido abierto.

GARANTIA

Condiciones

- Todos nuestros recambios tienen una garantía desde 3 meses a un 1 año de garantía.(* Para más información consulte con nuestro desguace)

- Si durante el periodo de garantía se produjese cualquier fallo o anomalía en el funcionamiento de la pieza, debe avisarse inmediatamente a Recuperados y desguaces J.Leonardo S.L, ya que le ofreceríamos otra igual, y en el caso de no disponer de existencias, le reembolsamos el importe de la misma.

- La manipulación o cambio de pequeños componentes de las piezas anularía la garantía de las mismas.

- La garantía no cubre en ningún caso la mano de obra.

- Se deberá conservar el embalaje original y la factura de venta para que sea válida la garantía.

Pueden surgir distintos casos y excepciones:

· MOTORES:

Todos nuestros motores son arrancados y comprobados por nuestro personal especializado, pero, hay que entender que es imposible saber con exactitud cuáles son las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante por lo que es necesario colocar un kit completo de distribución (correa de distribución, tensor, rodamientos, bomba de agua, termostato, y correa de accesorios).

Ya que los motores están debidamente almacenados en nuestras instalaciones un tiempo, hay que tener en cuenta, que cuando el motor se pone en funcionamiento de nuevo, es cuando realmente se comprueba el estado y la funcionalidad del mismo. Por lo tanto, si observa que el nivel de temperatura asciende de manera considerable, o pierde aceite, agua, rompe una correa o hace algún ruido extraño, no dé lugar a que la pieza quede inservible, debe ponerlo en nuestro conocimiento cuanto antes para intentar hallar la solución, de lo contrario la garantía no tendrá validez.

Nuestros motores se venden, en la mayoría de casos con parte de la instalación eléctrica, bomba de inyección, inyectores y rampa inyectora así como las piezas electrónicas, por tanto, la garantía cubriría un plazo de 12 meses para motores y cajas de cambio de vehículos de menos de 5 años y de 6 meses para motores y caja de cambios de vehículos de más de 5 años, siempre y cuando las sustituciones se lleven a cabo en un taller autorizado o concesionario oficial, instalando el kit completo de distribución y con su factura de trabajo correspondiente.

· PIEZAS ELECTRONICAS Y CENTRALITAS:

En las centralitas y piezas eléctricas, no podemos ofrecer garantía, ya que una vez las vendemos, solo con montarlas en el vehículo pueden quedar inservibles, ya que si el problema que hace el cortocircuito no se ha solucionado, quedaría inservible.

ACEPTACIÓN

El cliente acepta estas condiciones por la publicación en nuestra web www.desguacesalcala.com, mediante el envío a través de email y/o la entrega de las mismas con el paquete de la mercancía enviada o recogida en tienda. Por lo tanto el vendedor se obliga únicamente a la entrega de dicha pieza a cambio del precio pactado, sin que, en ningún caso, le sea exigible el pago de gastos de montaje, reparaciones, depósito o inmovilización del vehículo, Indemnizaciones, ni cualquier otra contingencia derivada de la venta o uso que se haga por el cliente de la pieza que adquiere.

A tal efecto y en prueba de conformidad, tras haberlo leído y aprobado, lo acepta el cliente.
