Salvo en aquellos casos que se especifique que el material es nuevo o reconstruido, el cliente es consciente de que el material vendido por Auto-Desguaces Don Ocasión es un recambio de segunda mano, recuperado, preparado y verificado para su correcto uso y funcionamiento.

0. GARANTIA

Todas las piezas a la venta en Auto-Desguaces Don Ocasión tienen un año de garantía desde la fecha de recepción del producto*. Debido a la singularidad de las piezas y recambios, el montaje de las mismas deben ser realizadas por profesionales. El cliente se compromete a informar a Auto-Desguaces Don Ocasión de los posibles fallos o errores que se produzcan en el repuesto a la mayor brevedad posible. Para activar la garantía el cliente deberá mandar un email a [email protected]. En el email el cliente deberá indicar sus datos, así como adjuntar una copia de la factura ó albarán e indicar el motivo por el que desea devolver el recambio. Auto-Desguaces Don Ocasión se hará cargo de la gestión de los portes de la devolución. Auto-Desguaces Don Ocasión se reserva el derecho de elección entre sustitución, reparación o abono de la pieza en garantía **. Los artículos comercializados por Auto-Desguaces Don Ocasión están debidamente señalados por sellos, marcas, precintos y grabaciones propias, para tener una correcta trazabilidad del producto. La rotura de esos precintos invalida la garantía del mismo. Quedan también excluidos de esta garantía los siguientes supuestos: piezas manipuladas sin el consentimiento de Auto-Desguaces Don Ocasión, repuestos sometidos a un uso desaconsejado o no establecido, repuestos dañados durante el montaje o incorrecta manipulación, daños ocasionados en el transporte no comunicados en un plazo de 24 horas siguientes a su recepción. La factura o albarán será el comprobante para cualquier posible reclamación ante Auto-Desguaces Don Ocasión por lo que es necesario que sea guardada por el cliente para poder ejercer sus derechos. En el caso de motores hay que entender que es imposible conocer con exactitud que operaciones de mantenimiento se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante, por lo que es necesario colocar un kit completo de distribución. Por otro lado en ocasiones es posible que pase bastante tiempo desde que un vehículo entra en nuestras instalaciones, se desmonta y finalmente se vuelve a montar en otro vehículo, por lo que es necesario la sustitución de la bomba de agua y termostato. Todos nuestros motores van equipados con un fusible térmico que mide un posible sobrecalentamiento por uso indebido del mismo. La garantía no cubre accesorios del motor como bombas, inyectores, turbos o manguitos que puedan ir montados en los motores.

1. CONDICIONES DE DEVOLUCION – DESISTIMIENTO

Auto-Desguaces Don Ocasión ofrece un período de devolución de 14 días según normativa legal vigente en todos los artículos a la venta desde la fecha de recepción del producto en caso de que no quedar completamente satisfecho con la compra *. Los gastos de envío del producto serán a cargo del cliente haciéndose responsable de los daños que se produzcan en los mismos. El método o material de embalaje a utilizar en la devolución será el mismo o similar al utilizado por Auto-Desguaces Don Ocasión en sus expediciones. Para la solicitud, el cliente debe rellenar el siguiente formulario de desistimiento descargándolo Pulsar aquí, también puede contactar con nosotros por correo electrónico a [email protected], indicando su datos y su referencia ó si lo desea puede llamarnos al 962441267. El producto deberá acompañarse del albarán o factura de compra. El producto no debe haber sido montado en el vehículo ni manipulado. En caso de que nuestro departamento postventa detecte que el producto ha sido manipulado no se aceptara la devolución del mismo. El abono del recambio se realizará en los 10 días posteriores a la recepción del producto en nuestras instalaciones, ya que debe seguir un proceso de inspección y verificación.

2. ARTICULOS DAÑADOS O DEFECTUOSOS

El cliente al recepcionar la mercancía debe asegurarse que el paquete externamente esté en buen estado y no presente síntomas de haber recibido algún golpe, de ser así deberá rechazar el envío reflejando la incidencia en el albarán del transportista y/o notificarlo a Auto-Desguaces Don Ocasión en menos de 24 horas. De esa manera se posibilita las gestiones de reclamación de incidencias ante las empresas transportistas. Auto-Desguaces Don Ocasión se reserva el derecho de elección entre sustitución o abono de la pieza dañada o defectuosa**. La garantía no cubre en ningún caso la mano de obra de montaje y/o desmontaje de las piezas Para activar la garantía el cliente deberá mandar un email a [email protected]. El cliente deberá mandar sus datos, así como una copia de la factura e indicar el daño o defecto del repuesto y el número de cuenta o forma de pago realizada. Auto-Desguaces Don Ocasión se hará cargo de la gestión de los portes de la devolución.

3. PRODUCTO INCORRECTO

En caso de recibir en destino un producto que no se ajusta con la compra realizada o con las especificaciones del producto dadas por Auto-Desguaces Don Ocasión, el cliente tendrá 14 días ó el plazo que marque la legislación vigente para devolver el producto. Para activar el procedimiento, el cliente deberá mandar un email a [email protected]. En el email el cliente deberá mandar sus datos, así como una copia de la factura e indicar el daño o defecto del repuesto y el número de cuenta o forma de pago realizada. Auto-Desguaces Don Ocasión se hará cargo de la gestión de los portes de la devolución. Auto-Desguaces Don Ocasión se reserva el derecho de elección entre sustitución o abono de la pieza incorrecta. La garantía no cubre en ningún caso la mano de obra de montaje y/o desmontaje de las piezas Si no está conforme con todas o alguna de las especificaciones de este documento, le rogamos nos devuelva el material sin abrir y sin retirar cualquier precinto. La manipulación del precinto conllevará la ACEPTACION de nuestra política de garantías y devoluciones. * Una centralita puede guardar el historial del vehículo del que se ha desmontado por lo que para una reutilización de la misma es necesario el reseteado (eliminación de datos almacenados) y el volcado de datos del vehículo que se pretende reparar. Una incorrecta sustitución puede llevar consigo que la centralita que se pretende utilizar quede inutilizada por lo que SOLO SE VENDEN A PROFESIONALES. ** En caso de sustitución como solución a la garantía, el cliente recibirá la pieza en un máximo de 48H desde la recepción de la pieza defectuosa en nuestras instalaciones. En caso de realizar un abono del recambio, se realizará en los 10 días posteriores a la recepción del producto en nuestras instalaciones, ya que debe seguir un proceso de inspección y verificación.
