CONDICIONES GENERALES DE COMPRA

La garantía de nuestros recambios es de 3 meses en motores y cajas de cambio y 15 días en el resto de piezas, siempre y cuando las sustituciones se lleven a cabo en un taller autorizado.

Si durante el periodo de garantía se produjese cualquier fallo o anomalía en el funcionamiento de la pieza, debe avisar inmediatamente a DESGUACES TIERRA DE BARROS, S.L. ya que le ofreceríamos otra igual, y en el caso de no disponer de existencias, le reembolsamos el importe de la misma.

Se deberá conservar la factura de venta o ticket para que sea válida la garantía.

En ningún caso la garantía cubre la mano de obra.

Excepciones:

En el caso de los motores es imposible conocer con exactitud cuáles son las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante por lo que es necesario colocar un kit completo de distribución (correa de distribución, tensor, rodamientos, bomba de agua, termostato y correa de accesorios).

No se aceptará garantía de los alternadores, motores de arranque y compresores que estén rotos, quemados y con aceite, combustible, agua o estén gripados ya que se entiende que el gripaje ha sido debido a un montaje incorrecto o mantenimiento deficiente.

Las centralitas y piezas eléctricas no tienen garantía, ya que una vez las vendemos, solo con montarlas en el vehículo pueden quedar inservibles, puesto que si el problema que hace el cortocircuito no se ha solucionado, quedaría inservible.

ANULACIÓN DE LA GARANTÍA

La garantía quedará anulada en los siguientes casos:

- Manipulación o cambio de pequeños componentes de las piezas
- Rotura de precintos o borrado de marcas

CONDICIONES DE DEVOLUCIÓN

De acuerdo con la Ley 3/2014, de 27 de marzo, por la que se modifica el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, dispone de 14 días naturales desde la recepción para realizar una devolución de su compra.

El cliente deberá correr con los gastos de transporte. Debe adjuntar copia de la factura de venta. Debe solicitar autorización* para realizar la devolución de la pieza.

Piezas defectuosas:

Si la pieza está dentro del plazo de garantía y estuviese defectuosa, le enviaremos otra de sustitución. En caso de no disponer de existencias, le reembolsamos el importe de la misma. Debe solicitar autorización* para realizar la devolución de la pieza.

En el caso de que el defecto provenga de una incidencia en transporte, lo deberá comunicar en el plazo de 24 horas desde la entrega del envío. Esta incidencia deberá constar en el albarán de entrega de la empresa de transportes y se deberán enviar fotos del estado del material a [email protected].

REEMBOLSO DE LA COMPRA

La devolución del importe se realizará de la misma forma en la que se realizó el pago a excepción de cuando el pago se haya realizado ingresando en efectivo en nuestra cuenta bancaria siendo en este caso la devolución mediante transferencia bancaria. Se procederá a devolver el importe correspondiente en el plazo máximo de treinta días desde la recepción de la mercancía devuelta.
