POLÍTICA DE GARANTÍAS

Todo nuestro material tiene 1 año de garantía siempre y cuando las sustituciones se lleven a cabo en un taller autorizado. Si durante el periodo de garantía se produjese cualquier fallo o anomalía en el funcionamiento de la pieza, debe avisarse inmediatamente a DESGUACES MORA S.L. ya que le ofreceríamos otra igual, y en el caso de no disponer de existencias, le reembolsamos el importe de la misma.

En el caso de motores hay que entender que es imposible conocer con exactitud cuáles son las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante por lo que es necesario colocar un kit completo de distribución (correa de distribución, tensor, rodamientos, bomba de agua, termostato, y correa de accesorios).

Todos nuestros motores van equipados con un fusible térmico que mide un posible sobrecalentamiento por uso indebido del mismo. En la mayoría de casos los motores se venden con parte de la instalación eléctrica, bomba de inyección, inyectores y rampa inyectora así como las piezas electrónicas, por tanto, la garantía cubriría un plazo de 12 meses para motores y cajas de cambio de vehículos de menos de 5 años y de 3 meses para motores y caja de cambios de vehículos de más de 5 años, siempre y cuando las sustituciones se lleven a cabo en un taller autorizado o concesionario oficial y con su factura de trabajo correspondiente.

En las centralitas y piezas eléctricas, no podemos ofrecer garantía, ya que una vez las vendemos, solo con montarlas en el vehículo pueden quedar inservibles, debido a que si el problema que hace el cortocircuito no se ha solucionado volveríamos a tener el mismo fallo que en la pieza sustituida.

- La rotura de precintos o el borrado de marcas anula la garantía.

- La garantía no cubre en ningún caso la mano de obra.

POLÍTICA DE CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES.

1. Solo se admitirán devoluciones dentro del plazo de 14 días laborables desde la fecha de venta (art. 71 de la Ley 3/2014, de 27 de marzo)

2. Si la pieza está dentro del plazo de garantía y estuviese defectuosa, le ofreceremos otra igual y en caso de no disponer de existencias, le reembolsamos el importe de la misma.

3. Deberá conservar el embalaje original y ticket de venta para cualquier devolución.

4. La manipulación de las piezas anula la garantía de la devolución

- El producto recibido sufre daños durante el transporte. Al recibir la mercancía debe asegurarse que el paquete externamente este en buen estado y no presente síntomas de haber recibido algún golpe, de ser así deberá rechazar el envío reflejando la incidencia en el albarán del transportista y notificárnoslo durante las 24 horas siguientes.

Una vez recibido su pedido deberá abrirlo y comprobar que la mercancía aparentemente no presenta ninguna anomalía.

Reembolso de la compra

En el caso de devolución, los gastos íntegros de transporte y gestión corren a cargo del consumidor.

La devolución del importe se realizara de la misma forma en la que se realizó el pago a excepción de cuando el pago se haya realizado ingresando en efectivo en nuestra cuenta bancaria siendo en este caso la devolución mediante transferencia bancaria. DESGUACES MORA S.L. procederá a devolver el importe correspondiente en el plazo máximo de treinta días desde la recepción de la mercancía devuelta.

Los gastos de envío de los artículos son a cargo del cliente. No obstante, si la garantía de conformidad es aplicable al producto reenviado, se reembolsarán al cliente todos los gastos vinculados a esta devolución.
