IDENTIFICACION

De conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico, se facilita la siguiente información:

GARANTIA

El Desguace Europa 2000, le informa que para cualquier anomalía del producto, rotura de material por transporte, mal funcionamiento de la pieza, etc., debe ser comunicado a través del siguiente e.mail: [email protected], indicando:

- N.º de pedido / Factura.

- Incidencia.

- Persona de contacto

Una vez recibida la incidencia se le comunicará de su recepción y puesta en marcha de la resolución al mismo e.mail indicado en la incidencia. La incidencia será derivará al departamento correspondiente para que lo antes posible sea resuelta.

Varias circunstancias pueden conllevar a remitir una incidencia, teniendo en cuenta que no todas pueden ser responsabilidad del Desguace. Por ello, e intentando de la mejor manera posible ayudar al cliente le planteamos en breve el funcionamiento para la resolución:

1º- Partiendo de la recepción del producto, en el caso de que el material llegué con la caja golpeada o dañada, recomendamos que realice fotografías de ello, antes de desembalar el producto, para así poder reclamar a la agencia de transporte. Si una vez abierto el paquete observa que el material es dañado, comuníquelo al e.mail indicado remitiendo fotos de ello, en un período máximo de 24 horas para que nuestro departamento de transporte pueda realizar la reclamación a la agencia e intentar ayudarle en la sustitución de la pieza si se da el caso. (INCIDENCIA POR TRANSPORTE / AGENCIA)

2º- En caso de DESISTIMIENTO, como establece la normativa, el consumidor tiene como plazo de 14 días naturales desde la fecha de factura. Dicho trámite debe ser comunicado a través del e.mail de [email protected], indicando número de pedido / factura y motivo de desistimiento. A tener en cuenta que todo el material que haya sido manipulado no tendrá ni devolución ni garantía. En caso de devolución los gastos íntegros de transporte (ida y vuelta) y gestión corren a cargo del consumidor.

El importe de toda devolución será realizado de la misma forma de pago en que el cliente realizó la compra.

Por otra parte, informar al consumidor que todo nuestro material tiene 6 meses de garantía. Pero para hacerla efectiva se requiere:

- La comunicación por e.mail ([email protected]) de dicha incidencia.

- Factura del material.

- En el caso de CENTRALITAS, PIEZAS ELECTRÓNICAS o MATERIAL ELÉCTRICO. Hay que tener en cuenta que deben ser instaladas por profesional, ya que la mala instalación puede producir averías en el vehículo y daños en el interior de la misma centralita. Por todo ello, se requiere que el cliente presente factura de instalación del material por taller mecánico y su diagnosis a la hora de su instalación (si se requiere para ello).

- MOTOR: Hay que entender que es imposible conocer con exactitud las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado según fabricante; por ello consideramos necesario y así se lo comunicamos que coloque un kit completo de distribución, sustituya la bomba de agua y termostato antes de poner en marcha el vehículo.

Todos nuestros motores van equipados con un fusible térmico que mide un posible sobrecalentamiento por uso indebido del mismo. La rotura del precinto término conlleva la anulación de la garantía.

La garantía no cubre accesorios del motor como bombas, inyectores, turbos o manguitos.

Por todo ello, en el caso de que no se cumplan los requisitos establecidos, el Desguace Europa 2000, no se hará responsable de dicho material.

- TURBO: Se cumpla lo siguiente:

Factura que justifique que el material ha sido montado en un taller mecánico.

Además, se requiere poner nueva la tubería de engrase, y en el supuesto de que lleve filtro y prefiltro se tendrán que poner nuevos ambos.

En caso de devolución del TURBO por ROTURA se tendrá que presentar la factura de compra del material, factura de la tubería de engrase y de los filtros, y además la factura del montaje por un profesional.

Por último, indicarle que todas nuestras piezas llevan un marcaje establecido por el departamento de almacenaje y embalaje; además de sus respectivas fotos de envío. Si dicho marcaje se viera alterado con posterioridad a su venta, se considerará que la pieza ha sido manipulada, lo que conlleva la NO garantía del material.
