Auto-recycling Teo Martin ofrece a sus clientes, exceptuando centralitas o componentes electrónicos, una garantía legalmente establecida para los repuestos usados siempre que el montaje del recambio se realice en talleres autorizados según la ley vigente.

Si durante el periodo de garantía se producen fallos o errores, debe avisar y entregar el bien objeto de garantía a Auto-recycling Teo Martin. Que evaluara la pieza y procederá a su cambio si corresponde o a devolución del importe del mismo. La garantía nunca cubre mano de obra o defectos o desperfectos ocasionados por el fallo del bien. Quedan excluidos:

· Consumibles (Bombillas, Pastillas, Discos, Filtros, Escobillas, Neumáticos).

· Centralitas y material eléctrico, que debido a su fragilidad podrían sufrir alteración a la hora de su instalación.

· Repuestos sometidos a uso no establecido o desaconsejado.

· Repuestos dañados durante el montaje o por causas externas ajenas.

· Daños por causa del transporte no comunicado en el plazo de 24h siguientes a su recepción.

· Daños o desperfectos de pintura a consecuencia de uso normal, ya que se trata de material de segunda mano.

· Las piezas y recambios perderán su garantía en caso de haber sido manipuladas.

Auto-recycling Teo Martín

- Los artículos comercializados por Auto-recycling Teo Martin están debidamente señalados por marcas y precintos propios, para una correcta identificación de su verdadero origen y procedencia en caso de devolución. Tales marcas y precintos deberán estar sin manipular.

- Auto-recycling Teo Martin no tendrá ninguna responsabilidad respecto a Garantías y Devoluciones en los casos de que las piezas o recambios necesiten de instalaciones o adaptaciones especiales, o codificaciones, que deberán haber sido previamente consideradas por el cliente antes de la compra.

- La factura o el ticket de compra será el comprobante para cualquier reclamación, por lo que deberá ser guardada por el cliente para poder ejercer sus derechos. Si no está conforme con todas o algunas de las especificaciones de este documento, le rogamos nos devuelva el material sin abrir y sin retirar cualquier precinto. La manipulación del precinto conlleva la ACEPTACION de nuestra política de Garantía y Devoluciones.

Los gastos de recogida de material en caso de devolución correrán a cuenta del cliente o se descontarán en el importe del pedido.

Todo producto estropeado, o cuyo embalaje original estuviese deteriorado, no será reembolsado ni total ni parcialmente.

Nosotros nos comprometemos a reembolsarle el importe de la compra, en un plazo inferior o igual a un mes después de la recepción de los productos. El reembolso se efectuará por ingreso bancario.

La devolución del importe después de recibir el recambio será en cuenta bancaria en un máximo de 25 días por Ley.

Para realizar dicha devolución debes de saber que:

1. El producto debe estar en perfectas condiciones y en su embalaje original.

2. El producto no puede haber sido montado en el vehículo.

3. No puedes utilizar el embalaje del recambio como paquete postal (no pegar directamente sobre el cartón del recambio la orden de expedición o precinto).

4. Según el estado del recambio devuelto (incompleto, dañado, embalaje en mal estado), el reembolso podría ser rechazado.

Para realizar tu devolución, envíanos un e-mail a [email protected] indicándonos:

1. El número de pedido

2. Tu cuenta bancaria para realizar la transferencia de tu dinero si el pago los has realizado por transferencia

3. Motivo de la devolución, para ayudarnos a mejorar nuestro servicio. Nuestro departamento de atención al cliente dispone de un servicio posventa para solucionar cualquier problema con nuestros artículos o envíos, a través del cual intentamos ofrecerte una atención rápida y eficaz. Sólo tienes que hacernos llegar el producto en perfectas condiciones y en su embalaje original, incluyendo garantías, etiquetas e instrucciones de uso.

4. Es muy importante que nos devuelvas el/los productos de cambio o devolución perfectamente embalados. En caso de que los productos resulten dañados debido a un embalaje inapropiado, no admitiremos la devolución.

Una vez que recibamos la mercancía en nuestros almacenes y comprobemos que se dan todas las condiciones anteriores, AUTORECYCLING TEO MARTÍN S.A., admitirá la devolución del producto y se procederá al reintegro de su importe conforme a la modalidad de pago realizada, y en su caso, al envío del nuevo producto:

1. Si efectuaste el pago a través de tarjeta de crédito, se te abonará el importe en la misma tarjeta de crédito.

2. Si efectuaste el pago mediante transferencia, te solicitaremos un número de cuenta donde abonar el importe.

Nota: Recibirás el reintegro del importe en un plazo máximo de 25 días a partir de la recepción en nuestro almacén del producto de cambio o devolución. Ten en cuenta que si pagaste por tarjeta de crédito es probable que tu banco no te muestre el importe de la devolución en tu saldo hasta el mes siguiente.En caso de cambio, si el importe de los nuevos recambios es superior al de los recambios que devuelves, entonces sólo deberás abonar la diferencia, si el importe es inferior, te reembolsaremos la diferencia mediante transferencia bancaria, según tu elección.

Ten en cuenta que AUTO-RECYCLING TEO MARTÍN S.A., no admite envíos a portes debidos realizados por agencias de transporte con las que no trabajamos. Antes de cualquier cambio o devolución ponte en contacto con nosotros. Si el producto es defectuoso o ha sufrido algún tipo de desperfecto durante el envío AUTO-RECYCLING TEO MARTÍN S.A., pagará los gastos de la devolución del producto y del envío del nuevo producto. Cambiando el producto con la mayor brevedad posible.

Si no está de acuerdo con lo descrito en este documento no desembale el producto y devuélvalo bajo las condiciones descritas en el punto 3. La manipulación del precinto o el pago de la compra supone la aceptación de este documento en su totalidad
