- Si durante el periodo de garantía se produjese cualquier fallo o anomalía en el funcionamiento de la pieza, nos lo debe comunicar inmediatamente ya que le ofreceríamos otra igual o, en el caso de no disponer de existencias, le reembolsamos el importe de la misma.

- En caso de daños producidos por el transporte deberá comunicárnoslo en un plazo máximo de 24 horas.

- Se deberá conservar la factura de venta para que sea válida la garantía.

La garantía no comprende:

- Gastos de estancia en taller, desplazamientos, grúas, pérdidas de explotación y demás derivados de una eventual paralización del vehículo.

- Manipulación indebida, uso inapropiado, negligencia, daños durante el montaje, instalación o mantenimiento defectuoso o por personal no profesional, sobrecarga, subidas de tensión y demás causas externas no imputables al estado y calidad del producto.

- El desgaste normal derivado de la utilización del vehículo, así como la falta de mantenimiento del mismo o mantenimiento incorrecto o inadecuado de acuerdo con lo previsto por fabricante o lo que puede considerarse práctica habitual en función de las características del vehículo o de su motor.

- Las reparaciones o instalaciones llevadas a cabo una vez manifestada la disconformidad con el producto o las realizadas existiendo algún defecto de origen y sin que previamente se haya manifestado la citada disconformidad.

- El motor está compuesto por la culata, el bloque y el cárter, así como sus piezas interiores de funcionamiento, quedando excluidas de la garantía las piezas accesorias unidas al motor.

- En caso de los motores, para la efectividad de la garantía será necesario acreditar que se ha procedido a la colocación de un kit completo de distribución y a la sustitución de la bomba de agua y del termostato.

- El calentamiento o sobrecalentamiento del motor por causas ajenas a éste o por montaje incorrecto o defectuoso y el uso inadecuado de aceite, su omisión al instalar el motor o incorrecto cebado del mismo.

- El montaje de las piezas deberá ser realizado por taller autorizado y estar soportado por la correspondiente factura donde conste su montaje. La garantía no será efectiva si no se cumple este requisito.

- Todos nuestros motores llevan precintos por lo que la manipulación de dichos precintos anula la garantía.

- La mano de obra de montaje y desmontaje o defectos/desperfectos ocasionados por el fallo del bien.

- Las operaciones de mantenimiento o de reglaje, así como las verificaciones periódicas.

- Las siguientes piezas y recambios: bombillas, pastillas, turbos, bombas de inyección, discos, filtros, escobillas y neumáticos.

- Las centralitas y piezas electrónicas quedan excluidas porque una vez las vendemos, solo con montarlas en el vehículo pueden quedar inservibles ya que, si el problema que hace el cortocircuito no se ha solucionado, la pieza puede quedar inservible. En caso de una centralita es necesario el reseteado (eliminación de datos almacenados) y el volcado de datos del vehículo que se pretende reparar.

- Daños o desperfectos de pintura que no revistan gravedad y que sean el resultado de un uso normal, ya que se trata de piezas usadas.

- Las piezas que hayan sufrido cambios de piezas, borrados, roturas de precintos o marcas.

POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES:

El cliente tiene 14 días naturales para desistir de su compra, sin necesidad de justificación.

En caso de desistimiento le devolveremos el importe íntegro de la pieza, exceptuando los gastos de envío y devolución que correrán de su cuenta.

En caso de una pieza defectuosa es necesario la devolución previa de la misma. En este caso y, realizadas las comprobaciones oportunas, Desguaces Pradera sustituirá la pieza defectuosa o, en caso de no ser posible, se le devolverá el importe, corriendo nosotros con los gastos de envío y devolución.

En caso de una pieza equivocada, si el error es asumible a Desguaces Pradera, se seguirá el mismo procedimiento que una pieza defectuosa. Si el error es asumible al cliente, se le cambiará por la pieza correcta, si la hubiera, actualizando el importe de la misma si es necesario. En este caso el cliente asume los gastos de envío y devolución. En caso de no tener stock de la pieza correcta, se le abonaría el importe de la misma.

En cualquier caso, es necesario aportar la factura de compra.

En caso de piezas enviadas mediante transporte, el cliente tiene 24 horas para comprobar el estado de la mercancía. En caso de roturas, golpes, mal estado del embalaje… deberá contactar con nosotros a través del teléfono 982330448, por WhatsApp al número 622309432 o a través del correo [email protected].

REEMBOLSO DE LA COMPRA:

La devolución del importe se realizará de la misma forma en la que se realizó el pago a excepción de cuando el pago se haya realizado ingresando en efectivo en nuestra cuenta bancaria siendo en este caso la devolución mediante transferencia bancaria. Se procederá a devolver el importe correspondiente en el plazo máximo de treinta días desde la recepción de la mercancía devuelta.

ACEPTACIÓN

El cliente acepta estas condiciones por la publicación, mediante el envío a través de email y/o la entrega de las mismas con el paquete de la mercancía enviada o recogida en nuestras instalaciones. Por lo tanto, el vendedor se obliga únicamente a la entrega de dicha pieza a cambio del precio pactado, sin que, en ningún caso, le sea exigible el pago de gastos de montaje, reparaciones, depósito o inmovilización del vehículo, indemnizaciones, ni cualquier otra contingencia derivada de la venta o uso que se haga por el cliente de la pieza que adquiere.

A tal efecto y en prueba de conformidad, tras haberlo leído y aprobado, lo acepta el cliente.
