Desguaces Rolán informa a sus clientes que todos los artículos que pone a la venta son piezas de segunda mano, extraídas de los vehículos que recibe en sus instalaciones, revisadas y comprobadas para su correcto funcionamiento.

GARANTÍA DE PRODUCTO

Los productos adquiridos a través de páginas web gozan de la misma garantía que los adquiridos en nuestras instalaciones, siguiendo la normativa legal vigente. En base a la tipología de producto, la garantía es de un año, exceptuando consumibles tales como discos de freno, escobillas, filtros, centralitas y material eléctrico.

En ningún caso la garantía cubrirá los gastos de mano de obra, defectos o desperfectos ocasionados por el fallo de la pieza, un mal montaje o por no seguir las indicaciones de montaje o de mantenimiento indicadas por el fabricante de la misma.

Para el ejercicio de la garantía será necesario que el cliente presente la factura de compra, así como factura legal de montaje en taller oficial. En caso de que el cliente ejercite su derecho a garantía, si la pieza está dentro del plazo establecido y estuviese defectuosa, le ofreceremos otra con las mismas características, procediendo al reembolso en caso de no disponer de otro artículo con las mismas características.

La manipulación o rotura de las marcas y precintos ANULARÁ LA GARANTÍA.

*LAS PIEZAS DE ELECTRÓNICA NO DISPONEN DE NINGUNA GARANTÍA

La garantía no comprende:

- Manipulación indebida, uso inapropiado, negligencia, sobrecarga o abandono de la pieza, así como por inestabilidad de corriente, subidas de tensión, instalaciones o montaje defectuoso, y demás causas externas que no sean imputables a la fabricación y calidad de la pieza.

- Daños ocasionados por roturas, o golpes o ralladuras o cuidado negligente.

- La/s reparación/es y/o instalación/es de la/s pieza/s efectuada/s por personal no cualificado.

- La mano de obra de montaje o desmontaje.

- La falta de mantenimiento del vehículo al que se ha incorporado la/s piezas, o bien que dicho mantenimiento se haya efectuado de forma incorrecta e inadecuada según instrucciones de su fabricante.

- Centralitas y material eléctrico (centralitas airbag, centralitas de airbag, cajas de relés, módulos electrónicos…) que debido a su fragilidad podrían sufrir alteración a la hora de su instalación. Una incorrecta manipulación de la centralita puede dejarla inutilizada.

- Bombas de inyección y turbocompresores.

- Daños por causa del transporte no comunicados en el plazo de 24 h siguientes a su recepción. Es importante que revisen la mercancía en el momento de la recepción y si detectan golpes, roturas o cualquier anomalía se lo indiquen al transportista in situ y saquen fotos para luego poder reclamar al seguro. Nosotros no nos hacemos cargo de los daños causados por el transporte.

- Inyección, turbo, manguitos y otros accesorios que puedan ir montados en nuestros motores.

En caso de los motores es muy difícil conocer con exactitud cuáles son las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si las mismas se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante por lo que es necesario colocar un kit de distribución. Además, en ocasiones es posible que pase tiempo entre la extracción del motor del vehículo y el montaje en otro vehículo similar, por lo que es necesario sustituir la bomba de agua y el termostato. Por último es importante cambiar retenes, juntas, filtros, aceites, refrigerantes y cualquier otro elemento del motor que pudiese estar roto o deteriorado. La garantía en el caso de los motores completos, comprenderá únicamente bloque, culata y elementos internos de los mismos.

No seguir estas indicaciones en la sustitución del motor conllevará la anulación de la garantía. También será causa de anulación la manipulación interna o externa del motor sin nuestra autorización.

Desguaces Rolán no se hace responsable de garantías ni devoluciones en los casos de que las piezas electrónicas necesiten de instalaciones o adaptaciones especiales, o codificaciones, que deberán haber sido consideradas por el cliente en el momento previo a la compra del artículo.

CONDICIONES DE DEVOLUCIÓN

En caso de no quedar satisfecho con su producto, podrá realizar la devolución del mismo en los 14 días naturales posteriores a la fecha de factura, previo aviso al Desguace. Los gastos de transporte de devolución serán siempre a cargo del cliente. Así mismo, los gastos de envío no serán reembolsados.

En caso de material defectuoso nos reservamos el derecho a sustituir o reparar el material, SOLO en el caso de que no tengamos material de sustitución, se reembolsará el importe de la misma.

Para la devolución de las piezas compradas de forma errónea por parte del cliente, Desguaces Rolán se reserva el derecho a descontar un 5% del valor de la pieza con un mínimo de 5€ en concepto de gastos de gestión/embalaje.

Solo se aceptarán devoluciones previamente comunicadas a nuestro desguace.
