GARANTIA

Nuestra garantía cubre el repuesto de la pieza o la devolución del importe de la misma, es decir, si la pieza está defectuosa o su rendimiento no es el adecuado con lo ofertado, le ofrecemos otra pieza igual, y en el caso de no disponer en existencias, le reembolsamos el importe íntegro en la misma forma de pago, dentro del plazo de 6 meses para motores y cajas de cambio de vehículos de menos de 5 años y 3 meses para motores y caja de cambios de vehículos de más de 5 años y 15 días naturales para el resto de las piezas a contar desde la fecha de la entrega inicial.

En el caso de los motores hay que entender que es imposible conocer con exactitud cuáles son las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante, por lo que es necesario seguir las siguientes instrucciones a la hora del montaje:

1. Colocar un kit completo de distribución.

2. Sustituir la bomba de agua y termostato.

3. Si observa que el nivel de temperatura asciende de manera considerable, o pierde aceite, agua, rompe una correa o hace algún ruido extraño, no dé lugar a que la pieza quede inservible, de lo contrario la garantía no tendrá efecto.

4. Si durante el periodo que dura la garantía, se produjese cualquier fallo del motor, se debe avisar inmediatamente a Desgonztruck.

No entrarán en garantía las siguientes piezas: inyectores, rampa inyección, bomba inyección, calentadores, retenes, juntas y piezas eléctricas.

En arranques y alternadores. No tendrán garantía aquellos que estén quemados y con aceite o combustible o estén gripados ya que se entiende que el gripaje ha sido debido a un montaje incorrecto.

En los compresores de aire acondicionado. Se deberá certificar por el taller autorizado que la instalación se ha realizado de forma correcta ya que no se admitirá la garantía si no se siguen los siguientes pasos:

1. Sustituir el filtro deshidratador.

2. Limpiar el circuito utilizando equipamiento y líquido adecuado.

3. Revisar si la válvula de expansión está en buenas condiciones, en caso contrario deberá ser sustituida.

4. Utilizar el gas apropiado para el que ha sido diseñado el compresor.

5. Revisar el nivel de aceite del compresor después de montarlo.

La garantía no cubre:

1. Roturas del material por manipulación indebida del mismo.

2. En el caso de motores, accesorios como bombas, manguitos, inyectores…

3. Mano de obra.

Los gastos de envío de los artículos son a cargo del cliente. No obstante, si la garantía de conformidad es aplicable al producto reenviado, se reembolsarán al cliente todos los gastos vinculados a esta devolución. Será imprescindible presentar el justificante de la compra para que sea válida la garantía.

El cliente acepta estas condiciones por la publicación en nuestra web, mediante el envío a través de email y/o la entrega de las mismas con el paquete de la mercancía enviada o en mostrador. Por lo tanto el vendedor se obliga únicamente a la entrega de dicha pieza a cambio del precio pactado, sin que, en ningún caso, le sea exigible el pago de gastos de montaje, reparaciones, depósito o inmovilización del vehículo, Indemnizaciones, ni cualquier otra contingencia derivada de la venta o uso que se haga por el cliente de la de la pieza que adquiere.

A tal efecto y en prueba de conformidad, tras haberlo leído y aprobado, lo acepta el cliente.
