GARANTIA

AUTO DESGUACES EL CHOQUE manifiesta que los productos cuentan con las garantías aplicables en cada caso:

Piezas Usadas: Las garantías serán de un año de conformidad con el artículo 123 Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias.

Las piezas perderán su garantía en caso de haber sido manipuladas.

La garantía no cubre en ningún caso la mano de obra.

El envío de baterías debe gestionarlo el comprador. Si tiene alguna duda, pueden ponerse en contacto con notros a través de la mensajería de la plataforma.

Derecho de desistimiento del consumidor: AUTO DESGUACES EL CHOQUE garantiza tal derecho de los consumidores y usuarios, conforme el artículo 102 y siguientes del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias.

Para ejercer su derecho de desistimiento cumplimente el archivo que aparece debajo y envíenoslo a [email protected]

GARANTIA DE MOTORES USADOS.

Cuando el comprador sea el consumidor final y no profesional, el plazo de garantía se extinguirá al año contado desde la entrega de la pieza vendida.

Cuando el comprador tenga la naturaleza profesional y no sea consumidor final, el plazo de garantía se extinguirá a los seis meses contados desde la entrega de la pieza vendida.

Las piezas sujetas a garantía en caso de necesitar sustitución serán suministradas por nuestra empresa en los casos que fueran necesario a criterio del vendedor y del departamento de garantías.

La mano de obra no está incluida en ningún caso.

Los componentes exteriores de los motores (bomba de agua, kit de distribución, correa de accesorios, embrague, calentadores, bujías, manguitos, volante motor bimasa, dumper, caudalímetro o cualquier otro elemento exterior) quedan excluidos de la garantía, ya que dichos componentes son suministrados a coste cero para el cliente.

Las piezas que sufren desgaste (Distribución, Bomba de agua, Calentadores, Bujías, Filtros, Termostato, Embrague, Sensores exteriores, Polea cigüeñal) tienen autorización para ser manipuladas sin previo aviso pero deben ser comunicadas en caso de solicitud de devolución.

La manipulación de cualquier otra pieza que no sea de las indicadas en el punto anterior debe ser autorizada por el comercial que ha realizado la venta.

El importe de la factura, así como de la garantía, es exclusivamente de la venta del bloque, culata, tapa balancines, cárter, inyección y turbo.

No se admiten devoluciones pasados 15 días fecha factura.

Todos nuestros motores van equipados con un detector térmico que mide un posible sobrecalentamiento por uso indebido del mismo.

Para la correcta tramitación de la garantía es obligatorio que se haga un cambio del kit de distribución, sustitución de la bomba de agua y termostatos, y que este cambio se acredite mediante factura oficial de taller autorizado, de lo contrario la garantía quedara´ sin efecto.

Quedará excluida de la garantía cualquier manipulación sin previa autorización del vendedor y/o del departamento de garantías.
