Al recepcionar la mercancía, el cliente, debe comprobar que el paquete esté en buen estado y no presente síntomas de deterioro. Si los presentara deberá notificarlo a Desguaces Logroño, S. L. en menos de 24 horas. De esa manera se posibilita las gestiones de reclamación ante las empresas transportistas. Pasado este plazo Desguaces Logroño no se hará responsable y no admitirá la reclamación por este motivo.

DERECHO DE DESISTIMIENTO:

Desguaces Logroño, S. L. ofrece un período de desistimiento de 14 días naturales desde la fecha de recepción del producto si no queda satisfecho con la compra.

El producto no debe haber sido montado en el vehículo ni manipulado. Si se detecta que el producto se manipula, no se aceptará su devolución.

Si hubiera un error al identificar la pieza, defecto de esta o error en la preparación de su pedido, le será sustituida por otra, corriendo Desguaces Logroño con los gastos de envío y/o recogida, o, en su defecto, de devolverá el importe pagado.

Si el error es debido a una mala comprobación por parte del cliente, los gastos de envío y devolución correrán a cargo de este, por lo que la remitirá a Desguaces Logroño, S. L. a portes pagados y acompañada del albarán o factura de compra.

Una vez recibida la pieza en nuestras instalaciones y previa comprobación de esta, se procederá al reintegro de su importe, descontando los gastos de embalaje y manipulación, según la misma forma de pago, en un plazo máximo de 14 días naturales.

GARANTÍA:

Todo nuestro material ofrece 1 año de garantía si el montaje lo hace personal cualificado en taller autorizado para realizar esas operaciones, cumpliendo las instrucciones del fabricante del vehículo, que deberá acreditarse mediante factura.

Si durante el periodo de garantía se produjese cualquier fallo o anomalía deberá comunicarse lo antes posible a Desguaces Logroño que indicará al cliente el procedimiento a seguir. El comprador conoce y acepta el estado de desgaste o fatiga que en las piezas usadas puede existir, debido al uso y tiempo de funcionamiento de la pieza.

En el caso de motores hay que entender que es imposible conocer con exactitud el historial del vehículo ni que operaciones de mantenimiento se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante, por lo que es necesario colocar un kit completo de distribución, bomba de agua y termostato, así como rellenado de aceites y otros líquidos tal como indique el fabricante en sus especificaciones. En caso contrario la garantía quedará invalidada.

Exclusivamente se garantiza la parte principal del motor comprendida por bloque y culata y sus piezas interiores de funcionamiento, quedando excluidos de la misma los accesorios del mismo.

Quedan excluidos de esta garantía los siguientes supuestos: piezas manipuladas sin el consentimiento de Desguaces Logroño, S. L., repuestos sometidos a un uso desaconsejado o no establecido, repuestos dañados durante el montaje o incorrecta manipulación, daños ocasionados en el transporte no comunicados en un plazo de 24 horas siguientes a su recepción, la falta de mantenimiento del vehículo o un incorrecto mantenimiento del mismo, uso inadecuado de aceites, manipulación o instalación por personal no cualificado.

En el caso del material electrónico, habitualmente es necesario conectar la centralita al vehículo y realizar la codificación con el resto del vehículo, de manera que sea reconocido por su software. Si dicha vinculación se realizara de manera incorrecta puede conllevar que la centralita quede inutilizada, por lo que no se aceptarán devoluciones de material electrónico por este motivo.

La mano de obra queda excluida de la garantía en todos los casos.

ACEPTACIÓN:

El usuario reconoce su conformidad con Desguaces Logroño, S. L., y con sus condiciones generales y de garantía. Las comprende y acepta regirse por sus términos y condiciones.

El vendedor se obliga únicamente a la entrega de dicha pieza a cambio del precio pactado sin que, en ningún caso, le sea exigible el pago de gastos de montaje, reparaciones, depósito o inmovilización del vehículo, indemnizaciones ni cualquier otra contingencia derivada de la venta o uso que se haga por el cliente de la pieza suministrada.

Si no está conforme con todas o alguna de las especificaciones de este documento, le rogamos nos devuelva el material sin abrir y sin retirar cualquier precinto. La manipulación del precinto conllevará la aceptación de nuestra política de garantías y devoluciones.
