Al recibir la mercancía por parte de la agencia de transportes lo primero que hay que hacer es COMPROBAR QUE NO HA SUFRIDO NINGÚN DAÑO. SI HA SIDO DAÑADO DEBE COMUNICÁRNOSLO ANTES DE 12 HORAS DE LA RECEPCIÓN, ya que pasado ese plazo no nos hacemos responsables de reclamar a la agencia de transportes.

Todo nuestro material cuenta con una garantía de 6 MESES (exceptuando centralitas y componentes eléctricos *) siempre y cuando las sustituciones se lleven a cabo por personal cualificado en taller autorizado a realizar tales operaciones y cumpliendo las instrucciones y especificaciones del fabricante del vehículo, lo que deberá acreditarse mediante factura.

Si durante el periodo que dura la garantía hubiese algún problema o anomalía en el funcionamiento en la pieza suministrada se nos debe avisar inmediatamente que se le indicará al cliente el procedimiento a seguir.

LA GARANTÍA COMPRENDE:

La sustitución de la pieza por el mal funcionamiento o teniendo algún vicio oculto, no habiéndose detectado anteriormente a la venta

Las piezas de una leve reparación serán suministradas de desguace

En caso de no tener o no poder conseguir otra pieza de iguales características, se le devolverá el importe pagado por usted.

En el caso de que en el desguace dispongamos de piezas de iguales características para poder reemplazarlas por las suministradas al cliente en mal estado y éste se niegue no se le devolverá el importe sino que se procederá a realizarle un vale para canjearlo por cualquier otra pieza que necesite.

LA GARANTÍA NO COMPRENDE:

Manipulación indebida, uso inapropiado, negligencia, sobrecarga o abandono de la pieza, así como por inestabilidad de corriente, subidas de tensión, instalaciones o montaje defectuoso, y demás causas externas que no sean imputables a la fabricación y calidad de la pieza

Daños ocasionados por roturas, o golpes o ralladuras o cuidado negligente

Daños causados por el transporte, por impactos acciones atmosféricas, o cualquier otra causa de fuerza mayor o que no sea imputable a la calidad de la pieza

La/s reparación/es y/o instalación/es de la/s pieza/s efectuada/s por personal no cualificado

La falta de mantenimiento del vehículo al que se ha incorporado la/s piezas, o bien que dicho mantenimiento se haya efectuado de forma incorrecta e inadecuada según instrucciones de su fabricante

LA MANO DE OBRA QUEDA EXCLUIDA DE LA GARANTÍA EN CUALQUIER CASO

*LAS PIEZAS DE ELECTRÓNICA NO DISPONEN DE NINGUNA GARANTÍA.

MOTORES Y CAJAS DE CAMBIOS

Nuestros MOTORES/CAJAS DE CAMBIOS cuentan con una garantía de 1 año cuando la antigüedad del vehículo del cual procede es inferior a 5 años y de 6 meses de garantía cuando la antigüedad del vehículo del cual procede es superior a 5 años.

Hay que entender que es imposible conocer con exactitud cuáles son las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante por lo que es necesario colocar un KIT DE DISTRIBUCIÓN. Por otro lado, en ocasiones es posible que pase bastante tiempo desde que el vehículo entra en nuestras instalaciones, se desmonta y finalmente se vuelve a montar en otro vehículo similar por lo que es necesario sustituir BOMBA DE AGUA y TERMOSTATO. Además, es importante cambiar JUNTAS, RETENES, FILTROS, ACEITES, REFRIGERANTES y cualquier ELEMENTO del motor ROTO O DETERIORADO POR EL GOLPE. El motor es una pieza usada y tiene desgaste, por lo cual puede tener un gasto de aceite dentro de unos límites, los cuales serán en consecuencia del desgaste de dicho motor

LA GARANTÍA COMPRENDE:

El cambio del motor vendido por el mal funcionamiento del mismo o que teniendo algún vicio oculto no hubiese detectado anteriormente a su venta.

Las piezas de una leve reparación serán suministradas de desguace

En caso de no tener o no poder conseguir otro motor de iguales características, se le devolverá el importe del motor vendido

LA GARANTÍA NO COMPRENDE:

Los desplazamientos de la grúa hasta el punto donde se encuentre averiado el vehículo

LA MANO OBRA POR LA SUSTITUCIÓN DEL MOTOR O CAJA DE CAMBIOS, cuando no se haya realizado el montaje en nuestros talleres. Al igual la mano de obra del montaje /desmontaje de las piezas o del motor caja de cambios que se hayan tenido que cambiar por defecto del motor vendido

Las pérdidas de aceite de los retenes y juntas que no se hayan sustituido en el montaje del motor o caja de cambios, habiéndose expresado en las condiciones de garantía

Cuando haya un consumo de agua o aceite, y el conductor no reponga dichos líquidos y llegase a deteriorar el motor como consecuencia de un calentón o gripase por falta de dichos elementos quedaría anulada dicha garantía

Las reclamaciones por calentamientos excesivos, también las pérdidas en juntas y retenes como consecuencia de dichos calentamientos

BOMBAS INYECTORAS, INYECTORES, ASÍ COMO CUALQUIER ELEMENTO ELECTRÓNICO DEL MOTOR.

LA MANIPULACIÓN INTERNA O EXTERNA DEL MOTOR O CAJA DE CAMBIOS SIN NUESTRA AUTORIZACIÓN.

La sustitución del motor o caja de cambios no será a cargo del vendedor, cuando esté fuera de garantía, por las causas que anteriormente se han detallado.

TODOS NUESTROS MOTORES VAN EQUIPADOS CON UN FUSIBLE TERMICO QUE MIDE UN POSIBLE SOBRECALENTAMIENTO POR USO INDEBIDO DEL MISMO. CUALQUIERA MANIPULACION FUERA DE LO COMUN O ROTURA DEL PRECINTO ANULA DICHA GARANTIA.

DEVOLUCIONES Y DERECHO DE DESESTIMIENTO

Si cuando reciba su pedido no queda satisfecho, tiene un plazo de 14 días naturales, a contar desde la fecha de recepción para ejecutar el derecho de devolución.

En caso de devolución, los gastos de envío no serán reembolsables. Asimismo, los gastos de recogida serán por cuenta del cliente.

Para realizar la devolución, el producto deberá estar en perfectas condiciones, en su embalaje original. Una vez recibida la pieza en nuestras instalaciones y previa comprobación de estado de la misma, se procederá al reintegro de su importe conforme a la modalidad de pago realizada por el cliente.

En cualquier caso, se admitirá la devolución de los productos defectuosos y envíos erróneos, haciéndonos cargo de los gastos de envío siempre que el cliente comunique esta circunstancia en el plazo de 7 días contados desde la fecha de recepción del envío.
