GARANTIA

- Todos nuestros recambios tienen 1 año de garantía.

- Si durante el periodo de garantía se produjese cualquier fallo o anomalía en el funcionamiento de la pieza, nos lo debe avisar inmediatamente ya que le ofreceríamos otra igual, y en el caso de no disponer de existencias, le reembolsamos el importe de la misma.

- La manipulación o cambio de pequeños componentes de las piezas anularía la garantía de las mismas.

- La garantía no cubre en ningún caso la mano de obra o defectos/desperfectos ocasionados por el fallo en el bien.

- Se deberá conservar la factura de venta para que sea válida la garantía.

Pueden surgir distintos casos y excepciones:

MOTORES:

Todos nuestros motores son arrancados y comprobados por nuestro personal especializado, pero, hay que entender que es imposible saber con exactitud cuáles son las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante por lo que es necesario colocar un kit completo de distribución (correa de distribución, tensor, rodamientos, bomba de agua, termostato, y correa de accesorios).

No se aceptará garantía de los alternadores, motores de arranque y compresores que estén rotos, quemados y con aceite, combustible, agua o estén gripados ya que se entiende que el gripaje ha sido debido a un montaje incorrecto o mantenimiento deficiente.

PIEZAS ELECTRONICAS:

En las centralitas y piezas eléctricas, no podemos ofrecer garantía, ya que una vez las vendemos, solo con montarlas en el vehículo pueden quedar inservibles, ya que si el problema que hace el cortocircuito no se ha solucionado, la pieza quedaría inservible.

Una centralita puede guardar el historial del vehículo del que se ha desmontado, por lo que para una reutilización de la misma es necesario el reseteado (eliminación de datos almacenados) y el volcado de datos del vehículo que se pretende reparar. Una incorrecta sustitución puede llevar consigo que la centralita que se pretende utilizar quede inutilizada por lo que NO ADMITIMOS DEVOLUCIONES de este repuesto.

Disponibilidad del producto: En la tienda online sólo ponemos a la venta productos que se encuentran en nuestro almacén, sin embargo no siempre podemos garantizar la disponibilidad de todas las piezas. En este sentido, si se producen dificultades en cuanto al suministro de productos o no quedan artículos en stock, se informará sobre productos sustitutivos de calidad y valor igual o superior que el cliente podrá encargar, en caso de que el cliente no esté interesado en estos productos se le reembolsará cualquier cantidad que hubiese abonado, sin que suponga ningún gasto adicional.

Precio y pago: El precio de cada producto será el que se estipule en cada momento en la tienda online, salvo error manifiesto, en cuyo caso se informará al cliente lo antes posible dándole la opción de reconfirmar su pedido al precio correcto o bien anularlo. La empresa se reserva el derecho de efectuar en la web, en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso, las modificaciones que considere oportunas pudiendo actualizar productos, servicios y precios.

Los productos se abonarán por anticipado mediante tarjeta de crédito, transferencia bancaria, o ingreso en cuenta bancaria. Los cobros realizados por banco se considerarán efectivos en el momento en que el ingreso aparece contabilizado con la fecha valor efectivo en nuestra cuenta bancaria. En caso de no abonar el producto en el plazo de tres días desde la realización del pedido, se considerará que el cliente ha desistido del mismo y será anulado.

Gastos de envío: Los gastos de envío serán calculados dependiendo de la zona de entrega y el peso y volumen del producto, no obstante se reserva el derecho de solicitar una cantidad adicional para pedidos especialmente voluminosos. En caso de que esto ocurra y el cliente no esté interesado en formalizar el pedido con los gastos de envío indicados, se le devolverá el importe pagado y se anulará el pedido, quedando la empresa exenta de cualquier otro compromiso y obligación con el cliente; también existe la posibilidad de que sea el cliente quien contrate el servicio de mensajería para la recogida de la pieza en nuestras instalaciones.

CONDICIONES DE DEVOLUCIÓN

1) Los gastos de envío siempre serán a cargo del cliente, independientemente del origen que motivó su devolución.

2) En caso de que el precio marcado contenga un error, el personal de DESGUACE DUO 2000 le informará del nuevo precio y se le consultaría si lo desea recibir.

3) Si el material no es conforme en naturaleza o cantidad con lo especificado en su factura sólo se aceptará su devolución una vez el cliente haya formulado su reclamación en los 14 días siguientes a la entrega (art. 71 de la Ley 3/2014, de 27 de marzo, por la que se modifica el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre)

Pieza Defectuosa

- Necesaria devolución previa del material defectuoso

- Envío por parte de DESGUACE DUO 2000 de pieza de sustitución

- En caso de que no sea posible, se devolverá el importe de la compra al cliente.

Pieza Equivocada

- Si el error es asumible a DESGUACE DUO 2000: Mismo tratamiento que pieza defectuosa

- Si el error es asumible al Cliente: no se reintegrará importe alguno. Se emitirá un vale para otra compra descontando un 10 % por los gastos de embalaje y manipulación, con un mínimo de 10 €

- Para el caso de posibles compatibilidades entre diferentes recambios DESGUACE DUO 2000 nunca se hace responsable ni es conocedor de estas compatibilidades. Siempre debe verificar el comprador que la pieza que está adquiriendo es válida para su vehículo, en caso contrario deberá asumir los gastos de envío, embalaje y manipulación del 10 % con un mínimo de 10 €

Reembolso de la compra

En el caso de devolución, los gastos íntegros de transporte y gestión corren a cargo del consumidor. La devolución del importe se realizara de la misma forma en la que se realizó el pago a excepción de cuando el pago se haya realizado ingresando en efectivo en nuestra cuenta bancaria siendo en este caso la devolución mediante transferencia bancaria. Se procederá a devolver el importe correspondiente en el plazo máximo de treinta días desde la recepción de la mercancía devuelta.

LA GARANTÍA NO COMPRENDE

1) Gastos de estancia en taller, desplazamientos, grúas, pérdidas de explotación y demás derivados de una eventual paralización del vehículo.

2) Manipulación indebida, uso inapropiado, negligencia, daños durante el montaje, instalación o mantenimiento defectuoso o por personal no profesional, sobrecarga, subidas de tensión y demás causas externas no imputables al estado y calidad del producto.

3) Daños ocasionados por el transporte, por impactos o fenómenos atmosféricos, o cualquier otra casusa de fuerza mayor no imputable al estado y calidad del producto. En caso de daños producidos por el transporte se deberá comunicárnoslo directamente en un plazo no superior a 24 horas.

4) El desgaste normal derivado de la utilización del vehículo así como la falta de mantenimiento del mismo o mantenimiento incorrecto o inadecuado de acuerdo con lo previsto por fabricante o lo que puede considerarse práctica habitual en función de las características del vehículo o de su motor.

5) Las reparaciones o instalaciones llevadas a cabo una vez manifestada la disconformidad con el producto o las realizadas existiendo algún defecto de origen y sin que previamente se haya manifestado la citada disconformidad.

6) En caso de motores, habida cuenta que es imposible conocer con exactitud las operaciones de mantenimiento llevadas a cabo en el mismo y si se han realizado conforme las especificaciones del fabricante, para la efectividad de la garantía será necesario acreditar que se ha procedido a la colocación de un kit completo de distribución y a la sustitución de la bomba de agua y del termostato.

7) El calentamiento o sobrecalentamiento del motor por causas ajenas a éste o por montaje incorrecto o defectuoso y el uso inadecuado de aceite, su omisión al instalar el motor o incorrecto cebado del mismo.

8) El montaje del motor deberá ser realizado por taller autorizado y estar soportado por la correspondiente factura donde conste su montaje. La garantía no será efectiva si no se montase el motor cumpliendo este requisito.

9) La mano de obra de montaje y desmontaje.

10) Las operaciones de mantenimiento o de reglaje, así como las verificaciones periódicas.

11) Las siguientes piezas y recambios: bombillas, pastillas, turbos, bombas de inyección, discos, filtros, escobillas y neumáticos.

12) Las centralitas, piezas electrónicas o material eléctrico. Al montarlas en un vehículo pueden resultar dañadas, en el caso por ejemplo, que el vehículo sufra un cortocircuito.

13) Daños o desperfectos de pintura que no revistan gravedad y que sean el resultado de un uso normal, ya que se trata de piezas usadas.

14) Las piezas que hayan sufrido cambios de piezas, borrados, roturas de precintos o marcas.

Las piezas y recambios perderán su garantía en caso de haber sido manipulados.
