El precio marcado por DESGUACES COTRADE, S.L. a sus productos, no lleva incluido el asesoramiento, instalación, enseñanza de manejo u otro tipo de soporte técnico, más que el especificado en las normas de garantía.

Los precios individuales de cada uno de los productos vienen reflejados sin IVA, por tanto, al final de la compra le será aplicado el IVA correspondiente.

Una vez realizada la compra, ya sea mediante tarjeta o transferencia bancaria, el cliente recibirá a través de la dirección de correo electrónico facilitada por él, una copia del pedido solicitado, quedando siempre a la espera de la confirmación del pedido a través de nuestro departamento online.

Una vez que el Dpto. Online se ponga en contacto con usted, le será facilitado el nº de cta. para poder efectuar el pago en el caso de haber solicitado el pago mediante transferencia bancaria. Una vez realizado el pago, deberá enviarnos el comprobante de pago a [email protected] , y una vez se compruebe que está abonado en la cuenta, la mercancía será preparada para que salga en las expediciones de transporte.

Una vez comprobado el ingreso procederemos a la preparación del material en un plazo de 24 a 48 horas en días hábiles. Aquellos pedidos registrados en un día no hábil serán gestionados en el siguiente día hábil.

DESGUACES COTRADE, S.L. realiza sus envíos a PORTES PAGADOS O DEBIDOS según condición de venta a través de la agencia de transporte y las piezas serán enviadas y entregadas al cliente en direcciones de España peninsular.

Si se trata de un envío a otros destinos, se deberá consultar el plazo de entrega.

En el caso de que el cliente quiera contratar otra agencia de transporte, indicará como zona de envío “Recogida por el cliente”, y en el momento que tengamos el material preparado, le será notificado para que realice la contratación de la agencia de transporte y realizar la recogida desde nuestras instalaciones.

El cliente debe comprobar que la mercancía que le llegue tras la compra, corresponde con la solicitada, figura en la factura o documento de expedición remitido por correo electrónico y es correcta su presentación, estado, documentación y embalaje. Para admitir reclamaciones debe hacerlo constar en el albarán del transporte y comunicarlo vía email a la siguiente dirección [email protected], en un plazo máximo estipulado por las agencias de 24 horas desde la recepción de la misma, pasado este plazo DESGUACES COTRADE S.L no se hará responsable de los daños ocasionados por transporte. Desguaces Cotrade S.L. Dado que las agencias de transporte no se hacen responsables, dejan fuera de esta indicación los cristales para los cuales DESGUACES COTRADE S.L tampoco se hará cargo de las roturas que puedan ocasionarse de los mismos en el transporte.

DESGUACES COTRADE, S.L. se reserva la titularidad de la propiedad de todos los productos que comercializa, hasta que su importe haya sido satisfecho íntegramente.

CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES

El usuario dispone de 7 días laborales para devolvernos el producto siempre y cuando el material no haya sido alterado ni manipulado.

Si hubiera un error al identificar la pieza o, defecto de ésta por parte de DESGUACES COTRADE, S.L., le será sustituida por otra, corriendo DESGUACES COTRADE, S.L. con los gastos de envío o devolución.

En caso de no disponer de la pieza solicitada le devolvemos el importe de su compra en caso de que el error al hacer el pedido sea por parte del cliente, los gastos de envío/devolución corren a cargo del comprador, por lo que en el caso de que tenga que devolver una o varias piezas las remitirá a DESGUACES COTRADE, S.L. a portes pagados. Una vez esta llegue en perfecto estado a nuestras instalaciones y haya sido verificada se realizará un vale con el importe de la pieza.

Pieza Equivocada

· Si el error es asumible a Desguace Cotrade: Mismo tratamiento que pieza defectuosa.

· Si el error es asumible al cliente: no se reintegrará importe alguno. Para el caso de posibles compatibilidades entre diferentes recambios Desguace Cotrade nunca se hace responsable ni es conocedor de estas compatibilidades. Siempre debe verificar el comprador que la pieza que está

adquiriendo es válida para su vehículo, en caso contrario no se reintegrará importe alguno.

No se aceptaran devoluciones que reúnan las siguientes caracteristicas:

· Según la ley 47/2002 de ordenacion del comercio minorista, consumibles que hayan sido desprecintados o que las marcas de identificacion hayan sido manipuladas

· Productos que se hayan comprado para hacer pruebas

CONDICIONES PARTICULARES Y GARANTÍA DEL RECAMBIO USADO:

El comprador conoce y acepta el estado de desgaste o fatiga que en las piezas usadas puede existir, debido al uso y tiempo de funcionamiento de la pieza.

La garantía de los productos vendidos por DESGUACES COTRADE, S.L se presta de conformidad con lo establecido en el RD 1/2007 de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias, a contar desde la fecha de emisión de la factura emitida del producto. Desguace Cotrade ofrece a sus clientes, exceptuando centralitas o componentes electrónicos, una garantía legalmente establecida para los repuestos usados siempre que el montaje del recambio se realice en talleres autorizado según ley vigente pudiendo exigir la factura de montaje del recambio. Si durante el periodo de garantía se produjese cualquier fallo o anomalía en el funcionamiento de la pieza, debe avisarse inmediatamente a Desguace Cotrade S.L

Cuando el bien adquirido no sea conforme con el contrato, podrá optar entre la reparación o sustitución del bien, salvo que ésta resulte imposible o desproporcionada, pudiendo en este caso el consumidor exigir la rebaja del precio o la resolución del contrato.

La garantía no cubre:

· Consumibles (bombillas, Pastillas, Discos, Filtros, Escobillas, Neumáticos, mandos de luces, inyectores)

· Centralitas y material eléctrico, que debido a su fragilidad podrían sufrir alteración a la hora de su instalación. Una manipulación incorrecta de las centralitas puede inutilizarla. No podemos ofrecer garantía, ya que una vez las vendemos, solo con montarlas en el vehículo pueden quedar inservibles, ya que si el problema que hace el cortocircuito no se ha solucionado, quedaría inservible.

· Una centralita puede guardar el historial del vehículo del que se ha desmontado, por lo que para una reutilización de la misma es necesario el reseteado (eliminación de datos almacenados) y el volcado de datos del vehículo que se pretende reparar. Una incorrecta sustitución puede llevar

consigo que la centralita que se pretende utilizar quede inutilizada por lo que NO ADMITIMOS DEVOLUCIONES de este repuesto.

· Repuestos sometidos a uso no establecido o desaconsejado

· Repuestos dañados durante el montaje o por causas externas ajenas

· Daños por causa del transporte no comunicados en el plazo de 24 h siguientes a su recepción quedando excluido los cristales a os cuales las agencias no les cubren los daños.

· Daños o desperfectos de pintura a consecuencia de un uso normal, ya que se trata de material de segundo uso Las piezas y recambios perderán su garantía en caso de haber sido manipulados.

Si aceptadas las condiciones procede a la compra de algún recambio conllevará la ACEPTACION de nuestra política de garantías y devoluciones. En caso de litigio se someterán a los tribunales de Madrid

RECLAMACIONES:

El cliente puede realizar las correspondientes reclamaciones mediante comunicación por escrito, a través del correo electrónico [email protected], indicando con claridad en el mensaje el motivo de la reclamación.

Del mismo modo, puede presentar dichas reclamaciones de forma presencial en nuestras instalaciones, sitas en Calle Oro 36, Pol.Ind Aimayr en San Martin de la Vega (Madrid), mediante una hoja de reclamaciones para que conste por escrito.

Se dará respuesta a las reclamaciones recibidas en un plazo máximo de un mes desde su presentación.
