RECICLAJES NALDO S.L.U. ofrece a sus clientes, exceptuando centralitas o componentes electrónicos, una garantía para los repuestos usados siempre que el montaje del recambio se realice en talleres autorizado según ley vigente.

Si durante el periodo de garantía se producen fallos o errores debe avisar y entregar el bien objeto de garantía a RECICLAJES NALDO S.L.U. que evaluará la pieza y procederá a su cambio si corresponde o a devolución del importe del mismo.

Quedan excluidos de esta garantía los siguientes casos:

Consumibles (bombillas, Pastillas, Discos, Filtros, Escobillas, Neumáticos, mandos de luces, inyectores).
Centralitas y material eléctrico, que debido a su fragilidad podrían sufrir alteración a la hora de su instalación. Una manipulación incorrecta de las centralitas puede inutilizarla.
Repuestos sometidos a uso no establecido o desaconsejado.
Repuestos dañados durante el montaje o por causas externas ajenas.
Daños por causa del transporte no comunicados en el plazo de 24 h siguientes a su recepción.
Daños o desperfectos de pintura a consecuencia de un uso normal, ya que se trata de material de segundo uso.
Las piezas y recambios perderán su garantía en caso de haber sido manipulados.

OTRAS CONSIDERACIONES

Los artículos comercializados por RECICLAJES NALDO S.L.U. están debidamente señalados por marcas, precintos y grabaciones propias, para una correcta identificación de su verdadero origen y procedencia en caso de devolución.

Tales marcas, precintos y grabaciones deberán estar sin manipular. Cualquier manipulación o rotura de los precintos anula la GARANTIA.

RECICLAJES NALDO S.L.U. no tendrá ninguna responsabilidad respecto a Garantías y Devoluciones en los casos de que las piezas o recambios necesiten de instalaciones o adaptaciones especiales, o codificaciones, que deberán haber sido previamente consideradas por el cliente antes de la compra.

La factura o albarán será el comprobante para cualquier reclamación, por lo que deberá ser guardada por el cliente para poder ejercer sus derechos.

En el caso de venta en nuestras instalaciones el acto de marcar las piezas delante del cliente significa la comprobación visual por parte de éste de que la pieza está correcta (sin desperfectos) y es de RECICLAJES NALDO S.L.U.
