GARANTÍA

DESGUACES ITZIAR, S.L. ofrece a sus clientes, exceptuando centralitas y/o componentes electrónicos, una Garantía legalmente establecida para los recambios usados siempre y cuando el montaje del recambio se realice en Talleres Autorizados, justificándolo con la factura correspondiente del taller instalador según la Ley vigente.

Si durante el periodo de garantía se producen fallos, el cliente debe avisar y entregar el bien objeto de garantía a DESGUACES ITZIAR, S.L. para evaluar el recambio y proceder a su sustitución si corresponde o a la devolución del importe del mismo.

La garantía nunca cubre mano de obra, defectos y/o desperfectos ocasionados por el fallo de cualquier recambio.

Quedan excluidos de Garantía los siguientes recambios:

· Recambios de desgaste como Bombillas, Pastillas, Discos, Filtros, Escobillas, Neumáticos, Mandos de Luces, Inyectores, Bombas Inyectoras y Embragues.
· Centralitas de cualquier módulo y material eléctrico, que debido a su fragilidad y complejidad, podrían sufrir alteración a la hora de su instalación.
· Repuestos sometidos a uso no establecido o desaconsejado.
· Repuestos dañados durante el montaje o por causas externas a Desguaces Itziar, S.L.
· Daños por causa del transporte no comunicados en el plazo de 24 horas siguientes a su recepción.

Cualquier recambio perderá su garantía en caso de haber sido manipulados sin autorización previa y por escrito por DESGUACES ITZIAR, S.L.

Los artículos comercializados por DESGUACES ITZIAR, S.L. están debidamente señalados por marcas, precintos y/o grabaciones propias, incluso ocultas a la vista para una correcta identificación de su verdadero origen y procedencia, ya que en el supuesto caso de devolución, tales detalles deberán estar sin manipular.

Un recambio, sea de la composición que sea, si fuese manipulado por el cliente éste perderá todos sus derechos de reclamación.

Tanto en el caso de recambio defectuoso como en el recambio equivocado, el plazo de devolución del importe será máximo de 15 días hábiles a partir de que el recambio haya sido recepcionado en nuestras instalaciones.

DESGUACES ITZIAR, S.L. no tendrá ninguna responsabilidad respecto a garantías ni devoluciones en los casos de que los recambios necesiten codificaciones y/o adaptaciones especiales.

La factura será el comprobante para cualquier reclamación, por lo que deberá ser guardada por el cliente para poder ejercer sus derechos.

IMPORTANTE A TENER EN CUENTA

MOTORES: Todos nuestros motores han sido arrancados y comprobados por nuestro personal especializado, pero hay tener en cuenta que es imposible saber con exactitud cuáles son las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si se han realizado en las recomendaciones detalladas por el fabricante, por lo que es necesario colocar; kit completo de distribución, bomba de agua, termostato y correa de accesorios.

Nuestros motores están debidamente almacenados en nuestras instalaciones por un tiempo determinado, por lo que hay que tener en cuenta el tiempo transcurrido hasta que el motor se pone de nuevo en funcionamiento. Es entonces cuando el cliente comprueba minuciosamente el estado y la funcionalidad del mismo. Por lo tanto, si observa que el nivel de temperatura no es el correcto, rompe correas, hace algún ruido extraño, tiene fugas de agua y/o de aceite, ect. debe ponerlo en nuestro conocimiento urgentemente para intentar buscar la solución.

Los motores se entregan completos pero hay que tener en cuenta, que el precio final solo incluye la culata, el bloque y sus componentes internos. En base a esto último, la Garantía NO CUBRE accesorios del mismo tales como; bombas inyectoras, inyectores, turbos, manguitos, embragues o componentes electrónicos. Cualquier clase de manipulación o rotura de los precintos, marcas y/o grabaciones propias, anula la Garantía.

CENTRALITAS Y COMPONENTES ELECTRÓNICOS: Tanto en centralitas como en componentes electrónicos, están exentos de garantía y devolución por diferentes motivos, entre ellos puede darse que si el problema que originó inicialmente la avería no se ha solucionado, afectaría de nuevo a dichos recambios. También puede darse el caso de ser susceptibles de averías por codificaciones y/o clonaciones, etc.
