CONDICIONES DE GARANTIA, CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES DE RECAMBIO USADO

1.-GARANTIA (Ley 23/2003 y RDL 1/2007) Nuestros recambios usados tienen una garantía de 12 meses de recambio recuperado o reconstruido (excepto centralitas, componentes eléctricos, bombas de inyección y rotativas, bombas hidráulicas, ABS, etc. ), 12 meses en MOTORES Y CAJAS DE CAMBIO ,siempre y cuando el montaje del recambio se haya realizado en un taller autorizado y con su factura de trabajo correspondiente. Si durante dicho período se produjera alguna anomalía en el funcionamiento de la pieza, se deberá avisar inmediatamente a DESGUACES DN, quien evaluará el problema de la misma y procederá a su cambio si corresponde ó a la devolución del importe del mismo. La garantía no cubre mano de obra ó defectos / desperfectos ocasionados por el fallo del recambio. Si procede, DESGUACES DN siempre podrá optar por la reparación, sustitución ó devolución del material defectuoso. DESGUACES DN se reserva el derecho de optar por la entrega de un vale cuyo valor será igual al importe de compra. Con dicho vale el cliente podrá realizar cualquier otra gestión en nuestra tienda on-line. Los gastos de portes serán a cargo del comprador. En el caso de motores deberá cambiar la bomba de agua y la correa distribución como condicionante para el cumplimiento esta garantía, ya que es un mantenimiento obligatorio para su perfecto funcionamiento. En el caso de cajas de cambio deberá cambiarse el líquido de engrase por el aconsejado por el fabricante.

2.-CAMBIOS (Ley 23/2003 y RDL 1/2007) (Ley 47/2002) El plazo de devolución para realizar un cambio es de 7 días teniendo en cuenta que si el cambio se debe a un error por parte del cliente (al hacer el pedido..) será éste quién asumirá los costes de envío. Si el error fuese de DESGUACES DN, el cliente recibiría el material solicitado sin coste adicional por transporte. Para proceder a gestionar cualquier cambio, es imprescindible que tanto la pieza cómo el embalaje estén en perfecto estado y con todo su contenido sin manipular. El producto deberá venir acompañado por una copia de la factura.

3.-DEVOLUCIONES (Ley 47/2002) Se aceptarán devoluciones dentro de las primeras 48 horas contando desde la fecha de recepción del producto y siempre que se cumplan las condiciones expuestas en el presente documento. En ningún caso se aceptarán devoluciones por:

* Consumibles o fungibles que hayan sido desprecintados

* Recambios que se hayan probado ó usado y que ya no puedan ponerse de nuevo a la venta

* Todo producto debe de ser devuelto con su embalaje original, en perfecto estado y protegido adecuada- mente. En caso contrario DESGUACES DN se reserva el derecho de rechazar la devolución.

* Todas las devoluciones deben de ser puestas en conocimiento previamente por DESGUACES DN No se aceptará ninguna devolución que previamente no haya sido autorizada por DESGUACES DN. Los gastos de transporte producidos por la devolución correrán a cargo del comprador.

4.-Las centralitas y piezas con componentes electrónicos, no tienen garantía. Debido a su fragilidad podrían sufrir alteración a la hora de su instalación.
