LA GARANTÍA SE CEÑIRÁ A LAS SIGUIENTES CLÁUSULAS:

1) Todas las piezas que vendemos son recambios recuperados procedentes de vehículos fuera de uso

2) Las piezas han de ser siempre montadas en un taller autorizado. El vendedor se reserva el derecho de pedir que se acredite este hecho para acompañar alguna posible reclamación.

3) El comprador afirma conocer que la pieza está marcada y grabada como vendida en este desguace y, en caso de que proceda, precintada para evitar su manipulación. La retirada de la misma implica el reconocimiento de este hecho. En caso de duda, el vendedor mostrará las marcas al vendedor. El comprador se compromete a mantener las marcas y precintos, avisando al vendedor si se produjera un deterioro de las mismas. La inexistencia de las marcas de venta o la manipulación de los precintos, invalidará cualquier tipo de garantía.

4) Para cualquier reclamación, el comprador ha de aportar ticket o factura de adquisición del mismo

5) El periodo de duración de la garantía es de un año a partir de la fecha de recepción de producto. Con la adquisición de la pieza, el comprador da su conformidad a este periodo de tiempo.

6) La garantía de la pieza comprende el facilitar en nuestras instalaciones otra similar, tras comprobación del mal funcionamiento por el vendedor de la pieza originalmente facilitada. En ningún caso se cubrirán portes o mano de obra. Las piezas se cambiarán siempre por otras similares, en ningún caso por otra distinta.

7) Quedan excluidos de esta garantía los daños por transporte por empresas ajenas al vendedor

8) En el caso de piezas bañadas en aceite (motores, cajas de cambio y diferenciales), para cualquier reclamación el comprador ha de acreditar que el vehículo ha seguido el plan de mantenimiento indicado por el fabricante.

9) En el caso de motores, estos comprenden:

9.1.-En todos los casos: bloque de motor, cigüeñal, bielas, pistones y culatas.
9.2.-En los que de fábrica contengan estos elementos también se incluye: bomba inyectora y turbo.
