Nuestra garantía cubre la sustitución de la pieza o la devolución del importe de la misma, es decir, si la pieza está defectuosa o su rendimiento no es el adecuado con lo ofertado, le ofrecemos otra pieza igual, y en el caso de no disponer en existencias, le reembolsamos el importe íntegro en la misma forma de pago, dentro del plazo de 12 meses desde la fecha de compra.

En el caso de los motores hay que entender que es imposible conocer con exactitud cuales son las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante, por lo que es necesario colocar un kit completo de distribución. Por otro lado en ocasiones es posible que pase bastante tiempo desde que un vehículo entra en nuestras instalaciones, se desmonta y finalmente se vuelve a montar en otro vehículo similar por lo que es necesario también sustituir la bomba de agua y termostato. Es cuando la pieza se pone en funcionamiento cuando se realmente se comprueba la funcionalidad de esta. Por lo tanto si observa que el nivel de temperatura asciende de manera considerable, o pierde aceite, agua, rompe una correa o hace algún ruido extraño, no dé lugar a que la pieza quede inservible, de lo contrario la garantía no tendrá efecto.

No se aceptará garantía de los alternadores, motores de arranque y compresores que estén rotos, quemados y con aceite o combustible o estén gripados ya que se entiende que el gripaje ha sido debido a un montaje incorrecto.

La garantía no cubre en ningún caso la mano de obra.

Los gastos de envío de los artículos son a cargo del cliente. No obstante, si la garantía de conformidad es aplicable al producto reenviado, se reembolsarán al cliente todos los gastos vinculados a esta devolución.

Será imprescindible presentar el justificante de la compra para que sea válida la garantía.

El cliente acepta estas condiciones por la publicación en nuestra web www.desguacecrespo.com, mediante el envío a través de email y/o la entrega de las mismas con el paquete de la mercancía enviada o en mostrador.

Por lo tanto el vendedor se obliga únicamente a la entrega de dicha pieza a cambio del precio pactado, sin que, en ningún caso, le sea exigible el pago de gastos de montaje, reparaciones, depósito o inmovilización del vehículo, Indemnizaciones, ni cualquier otra contingencia derivada de la venta o uso que se haga por el cliente de la pieza que adquiere.

A tal efecto y en prueba de conformidad, tras haberlo leído y aprobado, lo acepta el cliente.
