CONDICIONES: GARANTIAS, CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES.

1. GARANTÍA

Todos nuestros recambios tienen 1 año de garantía siempre y cuando las sustituciones se lleven a cabo en un taller autorizado con su factura de trabajo correspondiente. Si durante el periodo que dura la garantía se produjese cualquier fallo o anomalía en el funcionamiento de la pieza debe avisarse inmediatamente a DESGUACES AUTOS NAVAJEDA S.L. En el caso de motores hay que entender que es imposible conocer con exactitud cuáles son las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante por lo que es necesario colocar un kit completo de distribución (Correa de distribución, tensor, rodamientos, bomba de agua, termostato y correa de accesorios). Nuestros motores se venden en la mayoría de casos con la instalación eléctrica y el sistema de inyección completo, en este caso la garantía no cubre: la instalación eléctrica, la bomba inyectora, inyectores, y rampa inyectora así como las piezas electrónicas que monte para el caso de motores diésel y en el caso de motores de gasolina no cubre: la instalación eléctrica así como los componentes electrónicos de la inyección y la preparación de la mezcla del combustible. Cualquier manipulación fuera de lo común anula la garantía.

DESGUACES AUTOS NAVAJEDA S.L. siempre podrá optar por la reparación, sustitución o devolución del material defectuoso. La garantía no cubre en ningún caso la mano de obra.

2. CAMBIOS

2.1. Mercancía defectuosa

En caso de que el material llegara defectuoso el cliente deberá ponerse en contacto con DESGUACES AUTOS NAVAJEDA S.L. para solucionar el problema.

2.2. Cambios

Si el cambio se debe a un error por parte del cliente (error al realizar el pedido) éste correrá con los gastos de envío. En caso de que el error fuese nuestro, el cliente recibiría la mercancía solicitada sin coste adicional. Para aceptar una devolución tanto el producto como el embalaje deben estar en perfecto estado y con todo el contenido original sin manipular. También deberá incluir en el envío una copia de la factura.

3. DEVOLUCIONES

Se aceptarán devoluciones de productos dentro de las primeras 48 Horas, a contar desde la fecha de recepción de la mercancía por el cliente, y siempre que se cumplan las condiciones expuestas en esta página.

No se aceptarán devoluciones de los siguientes productos:

- Según la Ley 47/2002 de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista, consumibles que hayan sido desprecintados.
- Productos que se hayan probado o usado y que ya no puedan venderse.
- Productos que vayan con embalaje tipo "blister" , no podrá aceptarse nunca la devolución una vez que el producto haya sido abierto.
- Para realizar una devolución siempre tiene que ponerse en contacto con nosotros para aceptarle la devolución. Sólo se aceptarán devoluciones previamente autorizadas.
- Toda mercancía debe ser devuelta en su embalaje original, en perfecto estado y protegido de forma que no se reciba con precintos o cintas adhesivas de transporte. En caso contrario nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar la devolución. Los gastos de transporte originados por la devolución correrán a cargo del cliente.

ENVIOS

DESGUACES AUTOS NAVAJEDA realiza los envíos a través de la empresa de transporte DHL a toda la península en 24H – 48h, en todos los pedidos realizados antes de las 15h. Para los envíos a Baleares Canarias, Ceuta y Melilla los Impuestos indirectos y/o aduaneros se abonarán en destino por el comprador.
