GARANTÍA, C.R. DESGUACES CÓRDOBA S.L.

Cualquier producto nuestro tiene 1 año de garantía.

Hay que informar inmediatamente a C.R. Desguaces Córdoba S.L. de el mal funcionamiento de la pieza siempre que esté dentro del periodo de garantía. En caso de que el material enviado no sea el especificado en la factura, disconformidad con la pieza o error por parte del cliente, éste tendrá 30 días para reclamar la devolución.

CONDICIONES GENERALES DE CONTRATACIÓN Y GARANTÍA DE VENTA SOBRE MATERIAL USADO:

1. Si la pieza estuviese defectuosa, le ofrecemos otra igual y en caso de no disponer de existencias, le reembolsamos el importe de la misma.

2. Para cubrir la garantía en MOTORES es obligatorio sustituir kit completo de distribución, bomba de agua y termostato ya que es imposible determinar el desgaste exacto de dichas piezas. La garantía no cubre los accesorios del motor tipo, bomba inyección, inyectores, turbos manguitos o bobinas. Tampoco habrá servicio de garantía por causa de un uso indebido del motor.

3. Todas nuestras piezas están selladas y con precintos de garantía, la manipulación incorrecta o retirada del precinto anula inmediatamente la garantía.

4. La venta por separado de artículos como, Bomba de Inyección Usada, Inyector Usado, centralitas y componentes electrónicos en ningún momento cubriría los gastos de envío ocasionados. El cliente dispondrá de un plazo de 30 días desde la fecha de venta, para proceder a la devolución de dichas piezas.

5. C.R. Desguaces Córdoba S.L. siempre podrá ofrecer servicio de sustitución o devolución del material defectuoso. En ningún momento la garantía cubriría la mano de obra del taller, depósito o inmovilización del vehículo. Cuando haya sustitución de la pieza, la garantía se mantendría con la fecha inicial de venta.

6. En ningún momento se podrá hacer uso de la garantía sin la documentación de venta, factura, ticket o albarán.

7. Siempre que las causas de devolución no estén especificadas o la petición del material haya sido incorrecta, los gastos de envío no serán abonados.

8. Quedan excluidos de esta garantía los daños ocasionados en el transporte y no estén comunicados en un periodo de 24 horas siguientes a su recepción. La rotura durante el transporte de artículos que sean o incluyan cristal, nunca serán motivo de devolución.

9. El abono del recambio se realizará en los 10 días posteriores a la recepción del producto en nuestras instalaciones y una vez se haya comprobado y verificado.

10. Si el comprador ha sido el responsable de organizar el envío / recogida en nuestras instalaciones, mediante una compañía de transportes externa a lo ofrecido por Centro de Reciclaje y Desguaces Córdoba S.L., también deberá encargarse de enviarnos el material de vuelta para proceder con la devolución, de cualquier tipo.

Tras haberlo leído y aprobado y en prueba de conformidad el cliente acepta estas condiciones.
