NespruCar, SLU informa que todas las piezas suministradas son de segunda mano provenientes de vehículos dados de baja o siniestro por lo que pueden apreciarse taras u otros desperfectos que no afectan a su funcionamiento ya que han sido verificadas por nuestros mecánicos, pudiendo surgir algún defecto posterior debido a la naturaleza del producto mismo.

La única y exclusiva obligación de NespruCar, SLU, y el único y exclusivo derecho del comprador en relación con reclamaciones derivadas de la presente garantía quedará limitada, a elección de NespruCar, SLU, a:

1.- Sustitución del Producto defectuoso por parte de NespruCar.

2.- Pagar reparación parcial del Producto defectuoso.

3.- Abonar solo el importe integro por el valor del precio de compra del mismo.

4.- El cliente dispone de un plazo máximo de 14 días desde la fecha de compra para devolver la pieza según Ley 3/2014 capítulo IV art. 71 de 27 de marzo 2014 (siempre que se devuelva en las mismas condiciones en que fue entregada) al cuál se le aplicará un 30% de recargo por gastos embalage y manipulación.

5.- Los gastos de envío y recogida generados por error del cliente se descontará de la parte del importe a devolver.

EXCLUSIONES Y LIMITACIONES DE LA GARANTIA:

Con carácter general estarán exentos de los derechos de garantía aquí establecidos:

1.- La Garantía no cubre mano de obra ni accesorios utilizados para la sustitución de la pieza defectuosa.

3.- Cualquier manipulación sin autorización por escrito por parte de NespruCar, SLU anulará toda garantía.

4.- Todos los elementos electrónicos No Disponen de garantía ni devolución de importe.

5.- Todas las piezas no electrónicas disponen de 1 mes de garantía (excluido cajas y motores que tienen 3 meses).

6.- Todas las lunas, ventanillas, piezas de cristal están excluidas de garantía, No Disponen de garantía ni devolución de importe.

GARANTIA EN MOTORES

Todos nuestros Motores y Cambios disponen de 3 meses de garantía y corresponde al conjunto del bloque y culata, quedando excluida la Bomba Inyectora y los Inyectores en los Motores Diesel.

El período de garantía empieza en la fecha factura / fecha entrega.

1.- Para acceder a la garantía el cliente debe de realizar el cambio de filtro de aire, aceite, kit de distribución / kit cadena distribución y bomba de agua. Revisión de retenes radiales.

2.- El cliente deberá presentar factura de un Taller Oficial conforme ha realizado las revisiones y sustituciones de los elementos mencionados anteriormente.

3.- Cualquier motor o cambio montado en un modelo de vehículo diferente al marcado en la factura anula la garantía del mismo.

4.- En todos los motores RENAULT F9Q y K9K es Imprescindible se cambien las tapetas del cigüeñal.

GARANTIA EN CAJAS DE CAMBIOS

El cliente debe cambiar los cojinetes para acceder a la garantía.
