Desguace Alarcón ofrece a sus clientes, exceptuando centralitas o componentes electrónicos, una garantía legalmente establecida para los repuestos usados siempre que el montaje del recambio se realice en talleres autorizados según ley vigente.Si durante el periodo de garantía se produjese cualquier fallo o anomalía en el funcionamiento de la pieza, debe avisarse inmediatamente a Desguace Alarcón, ya que le ofreceríamos otra pieza igual, y en el caso de no disponer de existencias, le reembolsamos el importe de la misma.La garantía nunca cubre mano de obra o defectos o desperfectos ocasionados por el fallo en el bien.”La manipulación o cambio de pequeños componentes de las piezas anularía la garantía de las mismas.Se deberá conservar el embalaje original y la factura de venta para que sea válida la garantía.En los compresores de aire acondicionado.Se deberá certificar por el taller autorizado que la instalación se ha realizado de forma correcta ya que no se admitirá la garantía si no se siguen los siguientes pasos:

Sustituir el filtro deshidratador.
Limpiar el circuito utilizando equipamiento y líquido adecuado
Revisar si la válvula de expansión está en buenas condiciones, si no lo está deberá ser sustituida. En caso de que el circuito frigorífico utilice válvula estranguladora deberá sustituirla obligatoriamente
Utilizar el gas apropiado para el que ha sido diseñado el compresor.
Revisar el nivel de aceite del compresor después de montarlo.

Si no está conforme con todas o alguna de las especificaciones de este documento, le rogamos nos devuelva el material sin abrir y sin retirar cualquier precinto. La manipulación del precinto conllevará la ACEPTACIÓN de nuestra política de Garantías y Devoluciones. En caso de litigio se someterán a los Tribunales de Murcia.Quedan excluidos de esta garantía los siguientes casos:

Consumibles ( Bombillas, Pastillas, Discos, Filtros, Escobillas, Neumáticos, Mandos de luces, Inyectores )

Centralitas y material eléctrico, que debido a su fragilidad podrían sufrir alteración a la hora de su instalación. Una manipulación incorrecta de las centralitas puede inutilizarla. No podemos ofrecer garantía, ya que una vez las vendemos, solo con montarlas en el vehículo pueden quedar inservibles, ya que si el problema que hace el cortocircuito no se ha solucionado, quedaría inservible.Una centralita puede guardar el historial del vehículo del que se ha desmontado, por lo que para una reutilización de la misma es necesario el reseteado (eliminación de datos almacenados) y el volcado de datos del vehículo que se pretende reparar. Una incorrecta sustitución puede llevar consigo que la centralita que se pretende utilizar quede inutilizada por lo que NO ADMITIMOS DEVOLUCIONES de este repuesto:

Repuestos sometidos a uso no establecido o desaconsejado
Repuestos dañados durante el montaje o por causas externas ajenas
Daños por causa del transporte no comunicados en el plazo de 24 h siguientes a su recepción
Daños o desperfectos de pintura a consecuencia de un uso normal, ya que se trata de material de segundo uso

Las piezas y recambios perderán su garantía en caso de haber sido manipulados.Todo el material (salvo artículos nuevos) es de ocasión, es procedente de vehículos que han sufrido un accidente de siniestralidad, con lo cual el material ha sido sustraído no reparado, si ha sido revisado de fallos o daños superficiales.Se exige un buen uso y mantenimiento de las mismas.
