El usuario es consciente y acepta que los recambios adquiridos en Desguace Viana son de segunda mano procedentes de vehículos dados de baja por siniestro o antigüedad por lo que pueden apreciarse taras que, en ningún caso, afectarán a su funcionamiento ya que todas las piezas pasan por un control de verificación para su correcto uso y funcionamiento. Devolución: Desguace Viana ofrece a sus clientes un período de devolución de 30 días desde la fecha de recepción del producto. Los gastos de envío siempre serán a cargo del cliente y solo cuando el motivo sea por un producto incorrecto por error de nuestro personal, Desguace Viana se hará cargo del envió. El método o material de embalaje a utilizar en la devolución será el mismo o similar al utilizado por Desguace Viana en sus expediciones. Es imprescindible entregar la factura de venta para que el cliente pueda ejercer sus derechos. El producto no debe haber sido montado en el vehículo ni manipulado y el precinto de la bolsa de plástico no debe estar roto, ya que estos vienen sellados térmicamente. En caso de que nuestro personal detecte que el recambio ha sido manipulado, no se aceptará la devolución del mismo. El abono del recambio se realizará en los 10/15 días posteriores a la recepción del producto en nuestras instalaciones, ya que debe seguir un proceso de inspección y verificación. Garantía: Los productos vendidos por Desguace Viana tienen un año de garantía o 15.000 km desde la fecha de recepción del producto, excepto todo aquel que conlleve un desgaste mecánico, tales como, neumáticos, filtros, escobillas, bombas inyectoras, etc, así como centralitas, componentes electrónicos, accesorios de motor, al igual que, la garantía tampoco cubre la mano de obra de ninguna pieza. Las sustituciones deben llevarse a cabo en un taller autorizado aportando la correspondiente factura donde conste su montaje y en el caso de los motores, es necesario colocar un KIT completo de distribución, además de sustituir la bomba de agua y termostato. Desguace Viana se reserva el derecho de elección entre sustitución, reparación o abono de la pieza en garantía. Los productos comercializados por Desguace Viana están debidamente señalados por sellos, marcas, precintos y grabaciones propias, para tener una correcta trazabilidad del producto, donde la rotura de dichos precintos invalida la garantía del mismo. Queda también excluido de la garantía, repuestos dañados durante el transporte no comunicados en un plazo de 24 horas siguientes a su recepción. En el caso de que la garantía sea aceptada, Desguace Viana se hará cargo de la gestión de los portes de la devolución, y es imprescindible entregar la factura de venta para que el cliente pueda ejercer sus derechos. Para activar la garantía o devolución el cliente deberá mandar un email con sus datos, así como adjuntar una copia de la factura e indicar el motivo por el que desea devolver el recambio.
