GARANTIA

En el caso de material nuevo, o de material de la asociación, las condiciones de garantía, entrega y devolución son las que nos ofrece el proveedor. Puede consultarlas en el momento de la compra

La garantía comercial de funcionamiento correcto y adecuado a la antigüedad y desgaste de las piezas procedentes de nuestro centro, reflejadas en la factura con exclusión de los conceptos que más abajo se detallarán, será de un año, siempre y cuando el comprador tenga consideración de consumidor o usuario final. La presente garantía no afecta a los derechos de que dispone el consumidor, conforme a las previsiones del RDL 1/2007.

Cuando el comprador tenga la naturaleza de profesional y no sea consumidor final, el plazo de garantía se extinguirá a los seis meses, contados desde la entrega de la pieza vendida (art. 1490 del Código civil).

Durante el periodo de garantía, Eco Monforte, S.L. repondrá la pieza deteriorada. Si la reposición no es posible, de conformidad con la legislación vigente (RDL 1/2007), será facultad del vendedor optar por la reparación o la sustitución de la pieza por otra de sus mismas características o devolución del valor de la pieza. Para la eficacia de esta garantía, será requisito imprescindible presentar la factura de compra de la pieza, perdiéndose la garantía en caso contrario.

La garantía no cubrirá aquellos gastos de reparación, instalación, mano de obra, limpieza o comprobación del funcionamiento de la pieza, estancia en taller, o alojamiento, desplazamientos, ni aquellos gastos consecuencia de encontrarse el vehículo parado.

La garantía no comprende:

La manipulación indebida, uso inapropiado, negligencia, instalaciones o montajes defectuosos y demás causas externas que no sean imputables a la fabricación y calidad de la pieza.

Daños ocasiones por roturas, golpes, ralladuras o cuidado negligente.

Daños causados por el transporte, por impacto o acciones atmosféricas, o cualquier otra causa de fuerza mayor que no sea imputable a la calidad de la pieza.

La falta de mantenimiento del vehículo al que se ha incorporado la pieza o bien que el mismo se ha efectuado de forma incorrecta e inadecuada según las instrucciones de su fabricante o lo que se considera como la práctica habitual en función de las características concretas del vehículo o motor.

El uso inadecuado de aceites o su omisión al instalar el motor.

Atendiendo a su naturaleza y tratándose de piezas de segunda mano, en ningún caso se garantizarán las piezas accesorias como retenes, filtros o termostatos.

Cuando el producto sea vendido como motor, este estará compuesto por culata, bloque y el cárter, así como sus piezas interiores de funcionamiento. Quedando excluidas de la garantía las piezas accesorias unidas al motor, como pueden ser calentadores, correas, manguitos, bomba de agua, colectores de admisión y escape, depresor, instalación eléctrica o cualquier otra pieza no enumerada y que no sea considerada inherente al motor.

Para la efectividad de la garantía de un motor, es necesario acreditar el cambio de la correa de distribución, bomba de agua, filtros de aceite y combustible y termostato. En caso contrario, la garantía queda invalidada. Es conveniente, revisar y limpiar el circuito de refrigeración.

Las instalaciones eléctricas, desgaste de pastillas, discos de freno, embragues, escobillas y neumáticos no tienen garantía.

La recepción de la documentación y piezas objeto de garantía no implica la eficacia de garantía. La garantía será eficaz cuando verificada la documentación y las piezas objeto de esta garantía, sea expresamente aceptada por Eco Monforte, S.L

El usuario reconoce su conformidad con Eco Monforte, S.L. y con las condiciones generales y de garantía que la empresa le ofrece. Las comprende y acepta regirse por sus términos y condiciones.
