GARANTÍA

Todo nuestro material ofrece 1 año de garantía siempre que el montaje se realice por personal cualificado en Taller autorizado a realizar tales operaciones y cumpliendo las instrucciones y especificaciones del fabricante del vehículo, lo que deberá ser acreditado mediante factura.

Si durante el periodo de Garantía se produjese cualquier fallo o anomalía en el material comprado deberá comunicarse lo antes posible a Desguaces Velázquez que indicará al cliente el procedimiento a seguir.

EXCEPCIONES

La garantía no comprende los defectos de las piezas que se produzcan por:

Manipulación indebida, uso inapropiado, negligencia, sobrecarga o abandono de la pieza, así como por inestabilidad de corriente, subidas de tensión, instalaciones o montaje defectuoso, y demás causas externas que no sean imputables a la fabricación y calidad de la pieza.

Daños ocasionados por roturas, golpes o ralladuras o cuidado negligente.

Daños causados por el transporte, por impactos o acciones atmosféricas, o cualquier otra causa de fuerza mayor o que no sea imputable a la calidad de la pieza.

La/s reparación/es y/o instalación/es de la/s pieza/s efectuada/s por personal no cualificado.

En los motores:

Exclusivamente se garantiza la parte principal del motor comprendida por culata y bloque y sus piezas interiores de funcionamiento. Quedan excluidas las piezas exteriores que vayan montadas en el motor como por ejemplo el cuerpo inyector, inyectores, calentadores, bujías, correas, manguitos, distribuidor y bobinas de encendido, bomba de agua, termostato, volante de motor, embrague, turbocompresor, colectores de admisión y de escape, diferentes radiadores, depresor, ventilador, diferentes sensores e instalaciones eléctricas o cualquier otra pieza no enumerada anteriormente.

El calentamiento o sobrecalentamiento del motor por causas ajenas a éste.

El uso inadecuado de aceites.

La mano de obra queda absolutamente excluida de la garantía en todos los casos.
