GARANTIAS Y RESERVAS

Todo nuestro material tiene 3 meses de garantía en productos de segunda mano y 1 año

de garantía en productos nuevos (exceptuando centralitas o componentes electrónicos *)

siempre y cuando las sustituciones se lleven a cabo en un taller autorizado. Si durante el

periodo que dura la garantía se produjese cualquier fallo o anomalía en el funcionamiento de la

pieza debe avisarse inmediatamente a Desaguace y Repuestos Murcia S.L.

En el caso de motores hay que entender que es imposible conocer con exactitud cuáles

son las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si dichas

operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante por lo que es

necesario colocar un kit completo de distribución. Por otro lado en ocasiones es posible que

pase bastante tiempo desde que un vehículo entra en nuestras instalaciones, se desmonta y

finalmente se vuelve a montar en otro vehículo similar por lo que es necesario también sustituir

la bomba de agua y termostato.

Todos nuestros motores van equipados con un fusible térmico que mide un posible

sobrecalentamiento por uso indebido del mismo. La garantía no cubre accesorios del motor

como bombas, inyectores, turbos o manguitos. Cualquier manipulación fuera de lo común o la

rotura del precinto térmico anula la garantía.

No se aceptará garantía de los alternadores, motores de arranque y compresores que

estén rotos, quemados y con aceite, combustible, agua o estén gripados ya que se entiende

que el gripaje ha sido debido a un montaje incorrecto o mantenimiento deficiente.

Si la pieza está dentro del plazo de garantía y estuviese defectuosa, le ofrecemos otra

igual, la reparación de la misma o en el caso de no disponer de existencias le reembolsamos el

importe de la misma.

En el caso de venta en nuestras instalaciones el acto de marcar las piezas delante del

cliente significa la comprobación visual por parte de éste de que la pieza está correcta (sin

desperfectos) y es de Desaguace y Repuestos Murcia, S.L.

La garantía no cubre en ningún caso la mano de obra o defectos/desperfectos ocasionados

por el fallo en el bien.

En las centralitas y piezas eléctricas, no podemos ofrecer garantía, ya que una vez las

vendemos, solo con montarlas en el vehículo pueden quedar inservibles, ya que si el

problema que hace el cortocircuito no se ha solucionado, quedaría inservible.

Desaguace y Repuestos Murcia, S.L. manifiesta y garantiza que puede vender productos

propios y de terceros a través de su página web www.desguacemurcia.com y que está en

posesión de los suficientes medios (tanto en equipamiento técnico como en disposición de

servicios) para el completo proceso de venta.
