DESGUACE VITO 10 S.L comercializa productos procedentes de material recuperado de vehículos, consecuentemente son piezas de segunda mano que han sido verificadas y comprobado su correcto funcionamiento en el momento de su recuperación y almacenaje. Todas las piezas comercializadas por DESGUACE VITO 10 S.L tienen UN AÑO de garantía desde la fecha de recepción del producto, bajo las condiciones que a continuación se detallan:

- El montaje o manipulación de las piezas debe ser realizado por profesionales del sector de automoción o talleres autorizados y adjuntar el documento de la factura o presupuesto del taller donde se muestran los datos del mismo, así mismo desguace Vito 10 podrá enviar a uno de sus operarios para poder cerciorarse de que el taller esté en regla y vigor.

- Las piezas que hayan sido dañadas por manipulación, montaje inadecuado o usadas para un fin distinto al de su aplicación quedarán excluidas de la garantía, asimismo quedarán excluidos de la garantía los motores que al ser sustituidos no se hayan cambiado el termostato, correa de distribución y/o bomba de agua que deben ser puestos nuevos en todo caso

- Los productos comercializados por DESGUACE VITO 10 S.L poseen marcas, precintos o grabaciones que permiten identificar el origen de los mismos. La destrucción o borrado de los mismos. Invalida la totalidad de las garantías ofrecidas.

- El cliente, en el momento de recepción de la mercancía debe comprobar que el embalaje se encuentra en buen estado y no presenta roturas o aspecto de haber recibido golpes durante el transporte, en este caso antes de proceder a la apertura del embalaje debe comunicarse con DESGUACE VITO 10 S.L a través de los mecanismos mencionados en el apartado 2. manifestando esta circunstancia y seguir las instrucciones que le indiquen. También debe hacer constar en el albarán de recepción de mercancía el estado del producto recibido.

- En el caso de productos dañados, defectuosos o que no se corresponden con lo solicitado por el cliente deberá comunicarse con DESGUACE VITO 10 S.L a través de los mecanismos mencionados en el apartado 2. en un plazo inferior a 24 horas y seguir las instrucciones que se le indiquen.

- Si durante el periodo de garantía se produjese algún fallo u anomalía en el producto objeto de la misma, este se comunicará de forma inmediata a DESGUACE VITO 10 S.L por cualquiera de los procedimientos descritos en el apartado 2.

- Para ejercer los derechos de aplicación de la garantía se debe enviar un correo a [email protected] , indicando los datos del cliente, causas o razones para la aplicación de la garantía y adjuntar el documento justificante de la compra: ticket, albarán o factura. DESGUACE VITO 10 S.L , podrá optar por la sustitución, reparación o devolución del importe de la compra.

- En todos los casos en que resulte aplicable la garantía y se requiera la devolución del producto, esta debe hacerse en el plazo de 14 días o en el que en su caso marque la ley. DESGUACE VITO 10 S.L se hará cargo de la gestión y costes de los portes de la devolución. En el caso que se haya optado por la sustitución del producto o devolución del importe de la compra, no se materializarán cualquiera de ellos hasta que la pieza o producto objeto de la garantía haya sido devuelto.

- La garantía no cubre la mano de obra de sustitución de las piezas, lubricantes o accesorios utilizados en la sustitución de las mismas, ni cualquier otro tipo de indemnización por daño o perjuicio, como inmovilización del vehículo, lucro cesante o similares.

- En el caso de motores están excluidos de la garantía los elementos accesorios que incorporados al mismo, no hayan sido objeto de venta diferenciada y facturada como bomba inyectora, inyectores, manguitos, turbo etc., considerándose objeto de venta lo expresamente detallado en la factura y material donado y excluido de la garantía el resto de accesorios.
