GARANTIAS

JG RECOMOTOR, S.L. comercializa recambios de segunda mano, recuperados, preparados y verificados para su uso. Todas las piezas cuentan con garantía 24 meses o 40.000km, según lo indicado en la factura o albarán.

Si la garantía está sujeta a un límite de kilómetros, se verificará comparando los kilómetros registrados en la factura de montaje con los actuales del vehículo en la reclamación. El montaje debe ser realizado en un taller homologado y justificado con factura.

Los artículos están identificados con sellos, marcas y precintos para su trazabilidad. Su rotura invalida la garantía, salvo los precintos que se marquen en rojo, que el hecho de no estar manipulados eximirá la garantía de la pieza, dado que son elementos que son necesarios sustituir para cumplir con los términos de garantía del material. Quedan excluidos de garantía piezas manipuladas sin autorización, repuestos usados de forma inadecuada, daños en el montaje o piezas dañadas durante el transporte y no comunicados en un plazo de 24h tras la recepción. Para ejercer cualquier reclamación, se debe conservar la factura o albarán.

-Sellos de garantía:

Los motores y cajas de cambios de JG RECOMOTOR vienen con dos colores distintos en los sellos de garantía:

-Rojos: son sellos que no se pueden manipular sin una autorización previa por parte del departamento de garantías y siempre se solicitarán por escrito.

-Verdes: en este caso es lo contrario, estas marcas son realizadas para que el departamento de garantías pueda verificar que se han sustituido los elementos necesarios para la aplicación de la garantía; en resumen, las marcas verdes se pueden manipular. En caso de realizar una reclamación en garantía y no haber modificado alguna de las marcas verdes, la pieza se verá exenta de la garantía y JG RECOMOTOR no se podrá hacer cargo de dicha garantía.

-Motores:

Dado que no es posible conocer su historial de mantenimiento, es obligatorio sustituir:

-Kit de distribución, bomba de agua, termostato, aceite, refrigerante, enfriador de aceite y filtros de aceite, combustible y aire recomendados por el fabricante.

-Tensores, rodillos, patines, cadenas o correas de sincronización.

-En motores Porsche con IMS se debe instalar un kit IMS nuevo.

Los accesorios del motor (bombas, inyectores, turbos, poleas, etc.) no están cubiertos por garantía. Las únicas partes cubiertas por la garantía de motor serán culata, bloque y cárter, con sus respectivos internos.

-Cajas de cambio:

Se debe sustituir la valvulina y, en cambios automáticos, el aceite y los filtros. Se requiere factura de montaje y de las piezas sustituidas.

-Exclusiones:

No tienen garantía neumáticos, pastillas y discos de freno, tubos de goma o manguitos, bombillas y escobillas. Las centralitas y piezas eléctricas tampoco tienen garantía, salvo error de referencia por parte de JG RECOMOTOR, S.L. La garantía no cubre mano de obra, los materiales aplicados ni daños ocasionados por el fallo de la pieza. Para gestionar la devolución de la pieza en garantía, es imprescindible adjuntar imágenes, vídeos o códigos DTC en caso de fallo. Sin este material, JG RECOMOTOR, S.L. no podrá verificar la avería, lo que imposibilitará la aceptación de la devolución.

-Condiciones de devolución:

Plazo máximo de 14 días desde la recepción. Se realizará un cambio en el caso de que haya disponibilidad de la pieza o abono en el caso de que no se disponga de una alternativa. No se aceptan devoluciones de piezas eléctricas, salvo por error de referencia por parte de JG RECOMOTOR, S.L. El producto no debe haber sido manipulado. Si se detecta manipulación, no se aceptará la devolución del material. El cliente deberá asumir los costes de transporte y es responsable del embalaje y daños en el retorno. No se reembolsan costes de montaje o desmontaje ni materiales aplicados. El abono se realiza en un máximo de 20 días tras la recepción e inspección del producto. La devolución debe ser coordinada previamente con JG RECOMOTOR, S.L., de lo contrario, no se asumirá el costo de envíos a dirección incorrecta.

-Plazos de entrega:

Las entregas se realizan entre 24h y 72h según la empresa de transporte. JG RECOMOTOR, S.L. no se responsabiliza de posibles retrasos que se puedan generar en la entrega ocasionada por la empresa de transporte, debido a que es un servicio externo a la empresa.

-Daños en el transporte:

El cliente debe revisar el paquete al recibirlo. Si presenta daños, debe rechazarlo, anotar la incidencia en el albarán y notificarlo a JG RECOMOTOR, S.L. en menos de 24 horas. Debe tomar fotos del embalaje y la pieza, y conservar el embalaje hasta finalizar la reclamación en el caso de no rechazar el paquete. JG RECOMOTOR, S.L. gestionará la reclamación con la empresa de transporte, pero no se responsabiliza del resultado. Pasado el plazo de 24 horas, no podrá hacerse cargo de la reclamación.

-Reserva de material y paga y señal:

Los presupuestos reservan el material por 48h para su pago. Si el material se vuelve inservible o no es apto para su venta, se reembolsa en un máximo de 72h. La paga y señal no será reembolsable si el cliente cancela la compra. Para formalizar la compra, es obligatorio presentar el documento de paga y señal y el justificante de pago.
