3- CONFIRMACIÓN DEL PEDIDO Y DISPONIBILIDAD DE LOS PRODUCTOS:

El cliente efectúa el pedido pinchando en la pestaña “añadir a la cesta". El pedido se añade a una lista que contiene todos los artículos seleccionados por el cliente al hacer clic en el botón con el texto añadir al carrito.

4- PLAZOS Y TARIFAS DE ENVÍO:

Tiempo de entrega, como regla general se realizarán en un plazo de 24/48h dentro de la península desde la recepción del cobro. En función del producto y dependiendo de su destino, se trabaja con diferentes plazos de entrega: en todo caso, si por algún motivo no pudiésemos cumplir con la fecha de entrega estimada, le informaremos de la circunstancia y le daremos la opción de seguir adelante con la compra estableciendo una nueva fecha de entrega, o bien anular el pedido con el reembolso inmediato y total del precio pagado.

Los gastos de envío serán calculados dependiendo de la zona de entrega y el peso y volumen del producto. Se reserva el derecho de solicitar una cantidad adicional para los pedidos especialmente voluminosos. Si el cliente no está de acuerdo se le devolverá el importe pagado y se anulará el pedido, quedando exentos de cualquier compromiso y obligación con el cliente.

El cliente debe devolver la pieza o recambio en su embalaje original o similar, poniendo especial cuidado para evitar roturas en el transporte. En el caso de embalaje deficiente, los daños producidos en la pieza o recambio correrán de su cuenta y serán reducidos del importe a devolver.

Quedan excluidos de la garantía los daños ocasionados en el transporte no comunicados en el mismo día a AUTODESGUACE OTONIEL, S.L.

Si la pieza está dentro del plazo de garantía y estuviese defectuosa, le ofrecemos otra igual y en caso de no disponer de existencias, le reembolsamos el importe de esta.

Todos los artículos comercializados están debidamente señalados por sellos, precintos y grabaciones propias, para tener una correcta trazabilidad del producto. La rotura de esos precintos o manipulación de la pieza invalida la garantía de esta.

Si el producto no se adecua a sus necesidades, se admitirá devolución, corriendo los gastos de envío y recogida por cuenta del cliente, para lo que dispone del plazo de los 14 días de desistimiento.

En el caso de motores hay que entender que es imposible conocer con exactitud cuáles son las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante por lo que es necesario colocar un kit completo de distribución. Por otro lado, en ocasiones es posible que pase bastante tiempo desde que un vehículo entra en nuestras instalaciones, se desmonta y finalmente se vuelve a montar en otro vehículo similar por lo que es necesario también sustituir la bomba de agua y termostato.

En ningún caso se cubre la rotura de cristales o lunas de puerta, portones o cualquier pieza que lleve vidrio en el transporte, por ello los precios de los artículos se estipulan en función de esto.

Todos nuestros motores van equipados con un fusible térmico que mide un posible sobrecalentamiento por uso indebido del mismo. La garantía no cubre accesorios del motor como bombas, inyectores, turbos o manguitos.

En el caso de centralitas, módulos electrónicos y mandos multifunción, una incorrecta sustitución puede llevar consigo que la centralita/módulo/com2000 que se pretende utilizar quede inutilizada por lo que la garantía no cubriría a este tipo de piezas.

No se aceptará garantía de los alternadores, motores de arranque y compresores que estén rotos, quemados y con aceite o combustible o estén gripados ya que se entiende que el gripaje ha sido debido a un montaje incorrecto.

El ticket o factura de compra será el comprobante para cualquier posible reclamación a AUTODESGUACE OTONIEL, S.L. por lo que es necesario que sea guardada por el cliente para poder ejercer sus derechos.

El reembolso, en los casos que proceda, se efectuará a través del medio de pago que se utilizó en la compra.

El importe para devolver es el que originalmente figuraba en el pedido. Una vez verificado el correcto estado del producto devuelto, se procederá al reembolso de su importe.

La garantía no cubre en ningún caso la mano de obra.
