1. GARANTÍA

1.0. Términos Generales

Todo nuestro material tiene 1 año de garantía siempre y cuando las sustituciones se lleven a cabo en un taller autorizado con su factura de trabajo correspondiente.

Es imprescindible conservar la factura de venta de Desguace eco-piezas para que sea válida la garantía o proceder con el cambio/devolución del producto.

Todos nuestros productos están debidamente señalados por marcas, precintos y/o grabaciones propias, para tener una correcta trazabilidad del producto. Quedan excluidos de garantía los siguientes supuestos: piezas manipuladas sin nuestro consentimiento, repuestos sometidos a un uso desaconsejado o no establecido, repuestos dañados durante el montaje o incorrecta manipulación, daños ocasionados en el transporte no comunicados en un plazo de 24 horas siguientes a su recepción.

Si no está conforme con todas o alguna de las especificaciones de este documento, le rogamos nos devuelva el material sin abrir y sin retirar cualquier precinto. La manipulación del precinto conllevará la ACEPTACION de nuestra política de garantías y devoluciones.

1.1. Motores

En el caso de motores hay que entender que es imposible conocer con exactitud cuáles son las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante por lo que es necesario colocar un kit completo de distribución. Por otro lado en ocasiones es posible que pase bastante tiempo desde que un vehículo entra en nuestras instalaciones, se desmonta y finalmente se vuelve a montar en otro vehículo similar por lo que es necesario también sustituir la bomba de agua y termostato.

Nuestros motores se venden en la mayoría de casos con la instalación eléctrica y el sistema de inyección completo, en este caso la garantía no cubre: la instalación eléctrica, la bomba inyectora, inyectores, y rampa inyectora así como las piezas electrónicas que monte, turbos o manguitos… Cualquier manipulación fuera de lo común anula la garantía.

ECO-PIEZAS S.L. siempre podrá optar por la reparación, sustitución o devolución del material defectuoso. LA GARANTÍA NO CUBRE EN NINGÚN CASO LA MANO DE OBRA.

1.2 La garantía NO cubre:

Manipulación indebida, uso inapropiado, negligencia, sobrecarga, abandono, inestabilidad de corriente, subidas de tensión, instalaciones o montajes defectuosos, y demás causas externas que no sean imputables a la fabricación y calidad de la pieza.

Las reparaciones y/o instalación de las piezas efectuadas por personal no cualificado.

Las reparaciones, manipulaciones y/o instalaciones efectuadas después de manifestada alguna disconformidad por el comprador y sin autorización expresa por escrito de Desguace Ecopìezas S.L.

Las reparaciones, manipulaciones y/o instalaciones realizadas por existir algún defecto de origen y sin que previamente se haya manifestado por escrito la disconformidad del comprador.

La falta de mantenimiento del vehículo al que se ha incorporado la pieza, o bien se haya efectuado de forma incorrecta e inadecuada según las instrucciones de su fabricante, o lo que sea considerado como la práctica habitual en función de las características concretas del vehículo o motor. Igualmente, la incorrecta utilización del vehículo que determine la avería de la pieza, todo ello después de instalada la misma.

El calentamiento, sobrecalentamiento del motor por causas ajenas a éste o por incorrecto o defectuoso montaje.

El uso inadecuado de aceites, su omisión al instalar el motor, o el incorrecto cebado del mismo.

Atendiendo a su naturaleza, y tratándose de piezas de segunda mano, en ningún caso se garantizarán las piezas accesorias como retenes, filtros o termostatos.

Los elemento eléctricos (centralitas,..) están exentos de devoluciones o cambios.

Daños por causa del transporte no comunicados en el plazo de las 24 horas siguientes a su recepción.

Daños o desperfectos de pintura a consecuencia de un uso normal, ya que se trata de material de segundo uso.

No se tendrá ninguna responsabilidad respecto a garantías y devoluciones en los casos de que las piezas o recambios que necesiten de instalaciones o adaptaciones especiales, o codificaciones, que deberán haber sido previamente consideradas por el comprador antes de la compra.

Los daños de lunas o cristales no notificados en un plazo de 24h desde su recepción.

La mano de obra no está incluida en ningún caso

1.3 Centralitas y piezas eléctricas

Una centralita, y en general, las piezas eléctricas pueden guardar el historial del vehículo del que se ha desmontado por lo que para una reutilización de la misma es necesario el reseteado (eliminación de datos almacenados) y el volcado de datos del vehículo que se pretende reparar. Una incorrecta sustitución puede llevar consigo que la centralita que se pretende utilizar quede inutilizada por lo que solo se hará la devolución o cambio a profesionales o a particulares que adjunten la factura del taller que ha realizado la sustitución.

2. CAMBIOS / PIEZA INCORRECTA

Desguace eco-piezas ofrece un período de 10 días hábiles según la normativa legal vigente para realizar un cambio si la pieza ha llegado defectuosa. Contactar

2.2. Condiciones

El cliente al recepcionar la mercancía debe revisar que el embalaje está bien.

Si se da cuenta que el embalaje y, por consiguiente, la pieza está dañada por culpa del transporte debe notificarlo a Desguace eco-piezas en las primeras 24h para agilizar las reclamaciones con la agencia de transporte. Contactar

Desguace eco-piezas se reserva el derecho de elección entre sustitución o abono de la pieza dañada o defectuosa. En ningún caso cubre los gastos de mano de obra.

Si el cambio se debe a un error por parte del cliente (error al realizar el pedido, la pieza no es la misma que la suya…) y quiere otra pieza éste correrá con los nuevos gastos de envío y deberá mandar a nuestras instalaciones la pieza errónea.

Para cualquier duda, tiene a disposición nuestro departamento de ventas, con el que puede intercambiar fotos de las piezas así como contrastar referencias. Una vez contrastada dicha información por dichos medios no nos haremos responsables de la devolución si la pieza no coincide.

3. DEVOLUCIONES – DERECHO DESISTIMIENTO

El comprador dispone de un plazo máximo de 10 días hábiles desde la recepción del pedido para devolver una pieza si la compra no ha quedado satisfecho por la compra.

En ese caso, el comprador deberá comunicar a DESGUACE ECO-PIEZAS, S.L. dentro del plazo estipulado y a través del formulario por escrito (Contactar), su deseo de ejercitar el derecho de desistimiento aportando los siguientes datos: nº factura, producto, nombre, dirección, teléfono.

En caso de ejercer el derecho de desistimiento, el comprador deberá asumir los costes de devolución de los productos y enviarlos a Desguace eco-piezas, haciéndose responsable de los posibles daños que podrían producirse en el transporte. DESGUACE ECO-PIEZAS, S.L. no reintegrará el precio abonado por el comprador hasta haber recibido los mismos.

*Toda mercancía debe ser devuelta en su embalaje original o en su defecto, en un embalaje parecido al emitido por nuestra expedición. No asumimos los desperfectos que pueda recibir la pieza en el trayecto.

**El producto no debe haber sido montado en el vehículo ni manipulado. En caso de que nuestro departamento de postventa detecte alguna anomalía no se aceptará la devolución del mismo.

4. ENVÍO DE MATERIAL

El plazo de entrega de nuestros recambios es de 24/48h (*) desde su salida de nuestros almacenes. Para repuestos de más de 50 Kg o voluminosos el plazo se amplía a +72h. Los pedidos se entregan a mensajería el mismo día para compras realizadas antes de las 14:00h de lunes a viernes laborables. Los pedidos de fin de semana o festivos, se tramitarán el siguiente día laborable. *Islas Canarias y Baleares de 3- 5 días. Para las ventas a canarias y envíos en los que el cliente corre a cargo de ellos, ECO-PIEZAS S.L no se hará cargo del mismo en caso de devolución.
