Política de devoluciones y garantía

POLITICA DE DEVOLUCIONES

So´lo se admitira´n devoluciones dentro del plazo de 15 di´as laborables desde la fecha de venta (Segu´n art. 102 a 105 del Real Decreto legislativo consolidado 1/2007)

Si la pieza esta´ dentro del plazo y condiciones de garanti´a y estuviese defectuosa, le ofreceremos otra igual, y en caso de no disponer de existencias, le reembolsamos el importe de la misma (ver *anexo1)

CONDICIONES GENERALES DE GARANTI´A COMERCIAL EN VENTA A DISTANCIA DE PIEZAS USADAS

Desguaces Melli (CAT Sierra Verde S.L) con CIF B06924435 y domicilio fiscal en Ctra Sevilla – Lisboa (Cruce Valdelarco) 21291 Galaroza (Huelva) ofrece a sus clientes la garanti´a legalmente establecida para los repuesto susados (verexcepcionesenapartadode**garanti´asespeci´ficas) siempre que el montaje del recambio se realice en talleres autorizados segu´n ley vigente.

Nuestra garanti´a cubre el repuesto de la pieza o la devolucio´n del importe de la misma, es decir, si la pieza esta´ defectuosa o su rendimiento no es el adecuado con lo ofertado, le ofrecemos otra pieza igual, y en el caso de no disponer en existencias, le reembolsamos el importe i´ntegro en la misma forma de pago, en los plazos normales desde la fecha de compra. (ver *anexo1)

La garanti´a no comprende:

1) Gastos de estancia en taller, desplazamientos, gru´as, pe´rdidas de explotacio´n y dema´s derivados de una eventual paralizacio´n del vehi´culo.

2) Manipulacio´n indebida, uso inapropiado, negligencia, dan~os durante el montaje, instalacio´n o mantenimiento defectuoso o por personal no profesional, sobrecarga, subidas de tensio´n y dema´s causas externas no imputables al estado y calidad del producto.

3) Dan~os ocasionados por el transporte, por impactos o feno´menos atmosfe´ricos, o cualquier otra casusa de fuerza mayor no imputable al estado y calidad del producto. En caso de dan~os producidos por el transporte se debera´ comunica´rnoslo directamente en un plazo no superior a 24 horas.

4) El desgaste normal derivado de la utilizacio´n del vehi´culo, asi´ como la falta de mantenimiento del mismo o mantenimiento incorrecto o inadecuado de acuerdo con lo previsto por fabricante o lo que puede considerarse pra´ctica habitual en funcio´n de las caracteri´sticas del vehi´culo o de su motor.

5) Las reparaciones o instalaciones llevadas a cabo una vez manifestada la disconformidad con el producto o las realizadas existiendo algu´n defecto de origen y sin que previamente se haya manifestado la citada disconformidad.

6) La mano de obra de montaje y desmontaje.

7) Las operaciones de mantenimiento o de reglaje, asi´ como las verificaciones perio´dicas.

8) Dan~os o desperfectos de pintura que no revistan gravedad y que sean el resultado de un uso normal, ya que se trata de piezas usadas.

9) Las piezas que hayan sufrido cambios de piezas, borrados, roturas de precintos o marcas.

Las piezas y recambios perdera´n su garanti´a en caso de haber sido manipulados.

**GARANTI´AS ESPECI´FICAS

1 Motores y Cajas de cambio.

El plazo de la garanti´a sera´ pactado en el momento de la venta entre comprador y vendedor y sera´ e´ste y no otro plazo el que circunscriba a efectos legales. En caso de no pactar ningu´n plazo particular, todos nuestros Motores y cajas de cambio tienen 3 meses de garanti´a

Exclusivamente se garantiza la parte principal del motor comprendida por culata y bloque y sus piezas interiores de funcionamiento.

Quedan excluidas las piezas exteriores que vayan montadas en el motor como por ejemplo el cuerpo inyector, inyectores, calentadores, buji´as, correas, manguitos, distribuidor y bobinas de encendido, bomba de agua, termostato, volante de motor, embrague, turbocompresor, colectores de admisio´n y de escape, diferentes radiadores, depresor, ventilador, diferentes sensores e instalaciones ele´ctricas.

Para la correcta tramitacio´n de la garanti´a es obligatorio que se haga un cambio del Kit de distribucio´n, sustitucio´n de la bomba de agua y termostatos, y que este cambio se acredite mediante factura oficial de Taller Autorizado, de lo contrario la Garanti´a quedara´ sin efecto.

Todos nuestros motores van equipados con un fusible térmico que mide un posible sobrecalentamiento por uso indebido del mismosu rotura por sobrecalentamiento o pérdida también anula la garantía.

La mano de obra de montaje y desmontaje queda absolutamente excluida de la garanti´a en

2 Piezas ele´ctricas

Las centralitas, piezas electro´nicas o material ele´ctrico, NO tienen garanti´a. Ya que, debido a la fragilidad de sus componentes, solo al ser montadas en un vehi´culo pueden resultar dan~adas, en el caso, por ejemplo, de que el vehi´culo sufra un cortocircuito.

Las centralitas pueden guardar el historial del vehi´culo del que se ha desmontado por lo que para una reutilizacio´n de la misma es necesario el reseteado (eliminacio´n de datos almacenados) y el volcado de datos del vehi´culo que se pretende reparar.

Una incorrecta sustitucio´n puede llevar consigo que la centralita que se pretende utilizar quede inutilizada, por lo que solo pueden ser montadas por Profesionales.

Sera´ imprescindible presentar el justificante de la compra para que sea va´lida la garanti´a.

Debera´ conservar el embalaje original de la pieza

Los gastos de envi´o de los arti´culos son a cargo del cliente. No obstante, si la garanti´a o devolucio´n de conformidad es aplicable al producto reenviado, se reembolsara´n al cliente todos los gastos vinculados a esta devolucio´n.

En caso de sustitucio´n como solucio´n a la garanti´a, el cliente recibira´ la pieza en un ma´ximo de 48H desde la recepcio´n de la pieza defectuosa en nuestras instalaciones.

En caso de realizar un abono del recambio, se realizara´ en los 10 di´as posteriores a la recepcio´n del producto en nuestras instalaciones, ya que debe seguir un proceso de inspeccio´n y verificacio´n.

El cliente acepta estas condiciones por la publicacio´n en nuestra web www.desguacesmelli.com, mediante el envi´o a trave´s de email y/o la entrega de las mismas con el paquete de la mercanci´a enviada o en mostrador. Si no esta´ conforme con todas o alguna de las especificaciones de este documento, le rogamos nos devuelva el material sin abrir y sin retirar cualquier precinto. La manipulacio´n del precinto conllevara´ la ACEPTACIO´N de nuestra poli´tica de Garanti´as y Devoluciones. A tal efecto y en prueba de conformidad, tras haberlo lei´do y aprobado, lo acepta el cliente.
