De conformidad con el artículo 10 de la Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de servicios de la sociedad de la información y de comercio electrónico, le informa que:

Por ello, ofrecemos una política de garantía para todas las piezas de repuesto adquiridas en nuestras instalaciones, siempre bajo los términos y condiciones detallados a continuación:

1. Cobertura de la Garantía:

La garantía cubre defectos de fabricación o fallos en las piezas de repuesto adquiridas. Esta garantía no cubre daños ocasionados por el mal uso, instalación incorrecta, modificaciones no autorizadas o mantenimiento inapropiado de las piezas.

2. Duración de la Garantía:

La garantía tiene una duración de 1 año desde la fecha de compra de la pieza.

3. Exclusiones de la Garantía:

La garantía no cubre:

• Desgaste natural de la pieza.

• Daños derivados de accidentes, colisiones o uso inapropiado de las piezas.

• Piezas que no hayan sido instaladas por profesionales certificados o que no hayan seguido las recomendaciones de instalación proporcionadas.

• Daños causados por falta de mantenimiento adecuado o por condiciones fuera de las especificaciones del vehículo.

4. Proceso de Reclamación:

Si la pieza adquirida presenta un defecto durante el período de garantía, debe ser devuelta junto con la factura original de compra. La pieza será inspeccionada para determinar la causa del fallo. Si se determina que el defecto es cubierto por la garantía, ofreceremos una de las siguientes opciones, según lo que sea más adecuado:

• Reemplazo de la pieza defectuosa por una nueva o de igual valor.

• Reembolso total o parcial del importe abonado por la pieza defectuosa.

5. Limitaciones:

La garantía es válida únicamente para la pieza adquirida y no se extiende a otros daños o gastos asociados con la instalación o uso de la pieza. Desguaces El Rubio no se hace responsable de los costos de mano de obra o cualquier otro gasto relacionado con la instalación, reparación o reemplazo de la pieza.

En el caso de los Motores:

Exclusivamente se garantiza la parte principal del motor comprendida por culata y bloque y sus piezas interiores de funcionamiento. Quedan excluidas las piezas exteriores que vayan montadas en el motor como por ejemplo el cuerpo inyector, inyectores, calentadores, bujías, correas, manguitos, distribuidor y bobinas de encendido, bomba de agua, termostato, volante de motor, embrague, turbocompresor, colectores de admisión y de escape, diferentes radiadores, depresor, ventilador, diferentes sensores e instalaciones eléctricas o cualquier otra pieza no enumerada anteriormente.
Para admitir una devolución debe estar montado por un profesional con factura de montaje

. La correa de distribución:

Para la correcta efectividad de la garantía es necesario acreditar el cambio de la correa de distribución, tensores y rodamientos. En caso contrario la garantía queda invalidada.

. En caso de ser por cadena se tendrá que sustituir la misma, patines y tensores

. El calentamiento o sobrecalentamiento del motor por causas ajenas a éste.

. El uso inadecuado de aceites.

. La mano de obra queda absolutamente excluida de la garantía en todos los casos.

6. Condiciones de Devolución:

Para poder hacer efectiva la garantía, el cliente deberá presentar el recibo o factura de compra, así como la pieza defectuosa. La pieza debe ser devuelta en las mismas condiciones en que fue entregada, sin haber sufrido modificaciones o daños adicionales.
