1. GARANTIA

1.1. Términos Generales Todo nuestro material tiene 1 año de garantía siempre y cuando las sustituciones se lleven a cabo en un taller autorizado con su factura de trabajo correspondiente. Si durante el periodo que dura la garantía se produjese cualquier fallo o anomalía en el funcionamiento de la pieza debe avisarse inmediatamente a DESGUACES QUINI S.L. En el caso de motores hay que entender que es imposible conocer con exactitud cuales son las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante por lo que es necesario colocar un kit completo de distribución. Por otro lado, en ocasiones es posible que pase bastante tiempo desde que un vehículo entra en nuestras instalaciones, se desmonta y finalmente se vuelve a montar en otro vehículo similar por lo que es necesario también sustituir la bomba de agua y termostato. Nuestros motores se venden en la mayoría de casos con el sistema de inyección completo, en este caso la garantía no cubre: la instalación eléctrica, la bomba inyectora, inyectores, y rampa inyectora, así como las piezas electrónicas que monte para el caso de motores Diesel y en el caso de motores de gasolina no cubre: la instalación eléctrica, así como los componentes electrónicos de la inyección y la preparación de la mezcla del combustible. Cualquier manipulación fuera de lo común anula la garantía. DESGUACES QUINI S.L. siempre podrá optar por la reparación, sustitución o devolución del material defectuoso. La garantía no cubre en ningún caso la mano de obra. Es imprescindible conservar la factura de venta para que sea válida la garantía.

1.2 Piezas electrónicas y centralitas En las centralitas y piezas eléctricas, no podemos ofrecer garantía, ya que una vez las vendemos, solo con montarlas en el vehículo pueden quedar inservibles, ya que, si el problema que hace el cortocircuito no se ha solucionado, quedaría inservible. 1.3 Aceptación El cliente acepta estas condiciones por la publicación en nuestra web www.desguacesquini.com / es. mediante el envío a través de email y/o la entrega de las mismas con el paquete de la mercancía enviada o recogida en tienda. Por lo tanto, el vendedor se obliga únicamente a la entrega de dicha pieza a cambio del precio pactado, sin que, en ningún caso, le sea exigible el pago de gastos de montaje, reparaciones, depósito o inmovilización del vehículo, Indemnizaciones, ni cualquier otra contingencia derivada de la venta o uso que se haga por el cliente de la pieza que adquiere. A tal efecto y en prueba de conformidad, tras haberlo leído y aprobado, lo acepta el cliente. 2. CAMBIOS

2.1. Mercancía defectuosa En caso de que el material llegara defectuoso el cliente deberá ponerse en contacto con a DESGUACES QUINI S.L. para solucionar el problema.

2.2. Cambios Si el cambio se debe a un error por parte del cliente (error al realizar el pedido) éste correrá con los gastos de envío. En caso de que el error fuese nuestro, el cliente recibiría la mercancía solicitada sin coste adicional. Nuestro departamento de ventas se esfuerza al 100 % para que la pieza solicitada sea la misma que la enviada, para ello ponemos a disposición del cliente el intercambiar fotos de las piezas, así como contrastar referencias con nuestros profesionales. Una vez contrastada dicha información por dichos medios no nos haremos responsables de la devolución si la pieza no coincide. Así mismo no se considerará objeto de devolución la existencia de pequeños roces o abolladuras sin importancia, así como la no coincidencia del color de la pieza solicitada.

3. DEVOLUCIONES

Solo se admitirán devoluciones dentro del plazo de 14 días hábiles a contar desde la fecha de recepción de la mercancía por el cliente, y siempre que se cumplan las condiciones expuestas en esta página (art. 44 de la Ley de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista de 1996 modificada en 2002). No se aceptarán devoluciones de los siguientes productos:

1.Consumibles que hayan sido des precintados, según indica la Ley 47/2002 de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista.

2.Productos que se hayan probado o usado y que ya no puedan venderse. 3.Productos que vayan con embalaje tipo "blíster”, no podrá aceptarse nunca la devolución una vez que el producto haya sido abierto. Para realizar una devolución siempre tiene que ponerse en contacto con nosotros para aceptarle la devolución. Sólo se aceptarán devoluciones previamente autorizadas. Toda mercancía debe ser devuelta en su embalaje original, en perfecto estado y protegido de forma que no se reciba con precintos o cintas adhesivas de transporte. En caso contrario nos reservamos el derecho de rechazar la devolución. Los gastos de transporte originados por la devolución correrán a cargo del cliente. A todas las devoluciones por causas injustificadas se les descontaran los gastos de gestión ocasionados. 3. POLITICA DE ENVIOS El plazo de entrega de nuestros recambios es de 24h (*) desde su salida de nuestros almacenes. Para repuestos de más de 50 Kg o voluminosos el plazo se amplía a 48/72h. Los pedidos se entregan a mensajería el mismo día para compras realizadas antes de las 14:00h de lunes a viernes laborables. Los pedidos de fin de semana o festivos, se tramitarán el siguiente día laborable. *Islas Canarias y Baleares un día extra. Para las ventas a canarias y envíos en los que el cliente corre a cargo de ellos, DESGUACES QUINI S.L no se hará cargo del mismo en caso de devolución. Para envíos internacionales los plazos de entrega se pueden ver afectados, consultar tarifa y tiempos de tránsito.
