Al recépcionar la mercancía debe asegurarse que el paquete externamente este en buen estado y no presente síntomas de haber recibido algún golpe, de ser así deberá rechazar el envío reflejando la incidencia en el albarán del transportista y notificárnoslo al departamento de Atención al Cliente durante las 24 horas siguientes. Una vez recepcionado su pedido deberá abrirlo y comprobar que la mercancía aparentemente no presenta ninguna anomalía. Para realizar reclamación al seguro se debe comunicar antes de las 24 horas tras la recepción del producto.

Mercancía defectuosa. Si detectas algún defecto en el funcionamiento del artículo dispones de 14 días naturales desde la recepción de la mercancía para proceder a su devolución (art. 71 de la Ley 3/2014, de 27 de marzo, por la que se modifica el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre).

Derecho de desistimiento. Dispones de catorce días naturales para ejecutar el derecho de devolución o desistimiento. El trámite para la devolución deberás tramitarlo a través del email: [email protected] indicándonos: El número de factura. El motivo de devolución y su número de cuenta bancaria para realizar la transferencia de su dinero, si el pago lo ha realizado por transferencia.

En los casos de desgaste o deterioro del producto DESGUACE CAMPIÑA SUR acordará con el cliente el importe a devolver.

PIEZAS ELECTRONICAS Y CENTRALITAS:

*En las centralitas y piezas eléctricas, no podemos ofrecer garantía, ya que una vez las vendemos cabe la posibilidad de que sólo con montarlas en el vehículo puedan quedar inservibles, puesto que es conocido qué si el problema existente en el vehículo que provoca el cortocircuito no se ha solucionado, la citada pieza eléctrica quedará inservible.

CAMBIOS Y DEVOLUCIONES

Condiciones generales:

Todo nuestro material tiene 1 año de garantía (exceptuando centralitas o componentes electrónicos *) (así mismo se exceptúan aquellas piezas de desgaste como puedan ser discos de freno, discos embrague, etc.) siempre y cuando las sustituciones se lleven a cabo en un taller autorizado según la legislación vigente. Si durante el periodo que dura la garantía se produjese cualquier fallo o anomalía en el funcionamiento de la pieza deberá avisarse inmediatamente a DESGUACE CAMPIÑA SUR S.L.

En el caso de motores hay que entender que es imposible conocer con exactitud cuáles son las operaciones de mantenimiento que se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante por lo que es necesario colocar un kit completo de distribución. Por otro lado, en ocasiones es posible que pase bastante tiempo desde que un vehículo entra en nuestras instalaciones, se desmonta y finalmente se vuelve a montar en otro vehículo similar por lo que es necesario también sustituir la bomba de agua y termostato.

Todos nuestros motores van equipados con un fusible térmico que mide un posible sobrecalentamiento por uso indebido del mismo. La garantía no cubre accesorios del motor como bombas, inyectores, turbos o manguitos. Cualquier manipulación fuera de lo común o la rotura del precinto térmico anula la garantía

No se aceptará garantía de los alternadores, motores de arranque y compresores que estén rotos, quemados y con aceite, combustible, agua o estén gripados ya que se entiende que el gripaje ha sido debido a un montaje incorrecto o mantenimiento deficiente

Si la pieza está dentro del plazo de garantía y estuviese defectuosa, le ofrecemos otra igual, la reparación de la misma, o en el caso de no disponer de existencias le reembolsamos el importe de la citada pieza, en caso de ofrecer una pieza y que el cliente no la aceptase DESGUACE CAMPIÑA SUR podrá ofrecer un vale por el importe de la pieza vendida para canjear en el establecimiento en un periodo máximo de 1 año.

En el caso de venta en nuestras instalaciones el acto de marcar las piezas delante del cliente significa la comprobación visual por parte de éste de que la pieza está correcta (sin desperfectos) y es de DESGUACE CAMPIÑA SUR

La garantía no cubre en ningún caso la mano de obra o defectos/desperfectos ocasionados por el fallo en el bien. -La dirección para devoluciones es: DESGUACE CAMPIÑA SUR SL, CTRA. CÓRDOBA-MÁLAGA KM 50, 14550 MONTILLA (CÓRDOBA). No se aceptarán devoluciones a través de Correos, siempre a través de empresas de mensajería (ASM, Seur, MRW, …).

Requisitos para realizar una devolución:

Estar dentro del plazo establecido de 14 días naturales.

El producto deberá estar en perfectas condiciones, incluyendo los manuales, accesorios, regalos promocionales, y en general todo aquello que vaya unido a la compra del mencionado producto. En el caso de no recibirse en su embalaje original el producto sufrirá una depreciación que se repercutirá al consumidor.

El producto no puede haber sido montado en el vehículo.

En todo caso, deberá corresponder el número de serie del producto con el que conste en los archivos de DESGUACE CAMPIÑA SUR ya que todas nuestras piezas se encuentran fotografiadas y marcadas.

La devolución del producto se gestionará siempre por agencia de transporte y nunca por Correos y según las instrucciones que se enviaran para proceder a la devolución. No será posible realizar la devolución directamente en nuestras instalaciones sin previo aviso.

Deberá acompañarse el albarán de entrega o factura emitida junto con el producto objeto de devolución.

El producto deberá estar perfectamente embalado para evitar daños e incidencias en el transporte.

El embalaje del producto no podrá usarse como paquete postal (no pegue directamente sobre el cartón del recambio la orden de expedición).

En los casos donde nuestro departamento postventa detecte que el producto devuelto ha sido manipulado indebidamente por parte del cliente, no se aceptara la devolución, y en caso de que se aceptase, no se devolverá la totalidad del importe abonado en la compra.

Reembolso de la compra

LA GARANTÍA NO COMPRENDE:

Manipulación indebida, uso inapropiado, negligencia, sobrecarga o abandono de la pieza, así como por inestabilidad de corriente, subidas de tensión, instalaciones o montaje defectuoso, y demás causas externas que no sean imputables a la fabricación y calidad de la pieza.

Daños ocasionados por roturas, o golpes o ralladuras o cuidado negligente.

Daños causados por el transporte, por impactos acciones atmosféricas, o cualquier otra causa de fuerza mayor o que no sea imputable a la calidad de la pieza.

La/s reparación/es y/o instalación/es de la/s pieza/s efectuada/s por personal no cualificado.

La falta de mantenimiento del vehículo al que se ha incorporado la/s piezas, o bien que dicho mantenimiento se haya efectuado de forma incorrecta e inadecuada según instrucciones de su fabricante

LA MANO DE OBRA QUEDA EXCLUIDA DE LA GARANTÍA EN CUALQUIER CASO.
