Las piezas adquiridas en nuestra tienda tendrán una garantía en función del tipo y estado del recambio, según la según la Ley 23/2003 de 10 de Julio, en lo referente a aquellos supuestos en los que la naturaleza del objeto no permita un periodo de garantía tan prolongado. La garantía de nuestros recambios usted la puede consultar en los siguientes párrafos:

Toda pieza adquirida en nuestra tienda virtual tendrá 6 meses de garantía, según la Ley 23/2003 de 10 de Julio.

Compresores de aire acondicionado:

Para que la garantía sea efectiva, no se puede quitar ningún precinto del compresor.

Se debe sustituir la válvula expansora y el filtro deshidratador por uno nuevo. Además se debe limpiar el circuito completo y cargarlo con el gas adecuado para el modelo. Todo esto debe estar montado por un taller autorizado y legalizado y nos deben presentar factura de todo lo antes mencionado en un plazo máximo de 15 días desde la fecha de la factura.

Caja de Cambio:

Las cajas de cambio se entregan sin valvulina. Cualquier componente o elemento que no esté especificado en la factura de venta carece de todo tipo de garantía. Para que la garantía sea efectiva es necesario que la caja de cambio sea montada por un taller mecánico autorizado y legalizado. Se debe acreditar con factura el montaje de este en un plazo máximo de 15 días desde la fecha de la factura.

Motor Completo:

El motor completo se compone de bloque + culata. Cualquier componente o elemento que no esté especificado en la factura de venta carece de todo tipo de garantía. Para que la garantía sea efectiva es necesario substituir por nuevo la distribución, bomba de agua y el termostato.

Para que la garantía sea efectiva es necesario que el motor sea montado por un taller mecánico autorizado y legalizado. Se debe acreditar con factura el montaje de este y los componentes nuevos en un plazo máximo de 15 días desde la fecha de la factura.

La garantía no cubrirá sobrecalentamientos, falta de agua o aceite, mal montaje en taller no autorizado o manipulación de las piezas precintadas del motor.

Recambios eléctricos/electrónicos:

Para este tipo de material, en caso de su devolución, ya que son recambios que habiendo sido verificados, podrían averiarse fácilmente al ser instalados en el vehículo (con problemas eléctricos) o manipulados sin conocimiento, será el Cliente quien correrá con todos los gastos de transporte para su devolución.

Resto de material:

Toda pieza adquirida en nuestra tienda virtual no especificada anteriormente, tendrá 6 meses de garantía, según la Ley 23/2003 de 10 de Julio.

La garantía cubre el cambio de la pieza si disponemos en existencias o en su caso, si no hubiera existencias, la devolución del importe de ésta en la misma forma de pago.

DESGUACES STOP, en ningún caso se hace cargo de la mano de obra.

Quedan excluidos de toda garantía:

Piezas que hayan sido manipuladas incorrectamente o sometidas a uso no establecido o desaconsejado, o dañadas durante su montaje.

Material que le haya sido retirado nuestros sellos y precintos de Garantía, según la Ley 47/2002 de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista en lo referente a consumibles que hayan sido desprecintados y a productos que se hayan probado o usado y que ya no puedan venderse.

Piezas que hayan sido dañadas por causa del transporte sin que el Usuario lo comunicase a Desguaces STOP en el plazo de 24 h siguientes a su recepción.

Los materiales Consumibles (bombillas, Pastillas, Discos, Filtros, Escobillas, Neumáticos).
