Politica y Condiciones de garantía

RECEPCIÓN DE LA MERCANCÍA

A la recepción de la mercancía, el cliente deberá comprobar que la misma no ha sufrido ningún daño debido al transporte. En caso de que la mercancía haya sufrido algún desperfecto, deberá comunicarlo a Desguaces Miguel en las doce (12) horas siguientes a su recepción, transcurridas las cuales Desguaces Miguel no se hará cargo de las reclamaciones de transporte y no aceptará la devolución del artículo por este motivo.

GARANTÍA

Todos nuestros equipos están garantizados durante 1 año siempre que su instalación sea realizada por un profesional cualificado en un taller autorizado para realizar dichas operaciones, de acuerdo con las instrucciones y especificaciones del fabricante del vehículo, y que deberá acreditarse mediante factura.

Si durante el periodo de garantía el equipo adquirido presentara algún defecto o anomalía, deberá comunicarlo lo antes posible a Desguaces Redovan, quien le indicará el procedimiento a seguir.

La garantía no es aplicable a equipos electrónicos.

EXCEPCIONES A LA GARANTÍA

La garantía no cubre los defectos de las piezas causados por :

Manipulación indebida, uso inadecuado, negligencia, sobrecarga o abandono de la pieza, así como por inestabilidad eléctrica, subidas de tensión, instalación o montaje defectuoso, y otras causas externas no imputables a la fabricación y calidad de la pieza.

Daños causados por rotura, golpes o arañazos o negligencia. Daños causados por transporte, impacto o acción atmosférica, o cualquier otra causa de fuerza mayor o no imputable a la calidad de la pieza.

Reparación y/o instalación de la pieza por personal no cualificado. Falta de mantenimiento del vehículo al que se incorpora la pieza o piezas, o que dicho mantenimiento se haya realizado de forma incorrecta e inadecuada según las instrucciones del fabricante. En motores: Sólo se garantiza la parte principal del motor, compuesta por la culata y el bloque, junto con sus órganos internos de funcionamiento. Quedan excluidas las piezas externas montadas en el motor, como el cuerpo del inyector, los inyectores, los calentadores, las bujías, las correas, los manguitos, las bobinas de distribución y encendido, la bomba de agua, el termostato, el volante, el embrague, el turbocompresor, los colectores de admisión y escape, los distintos radiadores, el despresurizador, el ventilador, los distintos sensores e instalaciones eléctricas o cualquier otra pieza no mencionada anteriormente.

Correa de distribución: Para que la garantía se aplique correctamente, deberá aportarse la prueba de que se han sustituido la correa de distribución, los tensores y los cojinetes. En caso contrario, la garantía quedará invalidada.

En el caso de la cadena, será necesario sustituir la cadena, las correderas y los tensores. Sobrecalentamiento o sobrecalentamiento del motor por causas ajenas al mismo. Uso inadecuado de los aceites. En todos los casos, la mano de obra queda absolutamente excluida de la garantía.

DEVOLUCIONES Y DERECHO DE RECHAZO

Ofrecer la mejor calidad y la mejor garantía es nuestro compromiso con nuestros clientes. Si al recibir su pedido no queda satisfecho, dispone de un plazo de catorce (14) días naturales a partir de la fecha de recepción para ejercer su derecho de desistimiento. En caso de devolución de piezas, los gastos de envío no serán reembolsados. Asimismo, los gastos de recogida correrán a cargo del cliente.

Les informamos que el envio es un servicio y no es parte de la pieza,por lo gastos de envio nunca se incluyen en la garantía y siempre son a cargo del cliente

AL RECIBIR EL PAQUETE DEBEN COMPROBAR QUE NO HA RECIBIDO GOLPES, NO SUENA COMO ROTURA, Y QUE NO ESTÁ MOJADO, LOS PAQUETES RECIBIDOS Y FIRMADOS COMO CONFORME POR EL CLIENTE, Y QUE NO PONGAN EN EL ALBARÁN QUE SE SOSPECHA ROTURA NO ESTÁN INCLUIDOS EN LA GARANTÍA.

NUESTRO TRANSPORTE NO CUBRE ROTURAS DE CRISTALES.

Para poder ser devuelto, el producto debe estar en perfectas condiciones, en su embalaje original . Tan pronto como recibamos el artículo en Desguace Miguel, y tras comprobar su estado, procederemos al reembolso, descontando los gastos de embalaje y manipulación, en función de la modalidad de pago utilizada por el cliente.

ACEPTACIÓN

El cliente acepta las presentes condiciones mediante su publicación en la página web www.desguacemiguell.es su envío por correo electrónico y/o su entrega junto con el paquete de la mercancía enviada o su recogida en tienda. Por tanto, el vendedor sólo está obligado a entregar la pieza a cambio del precio pactado, sin que en ningún caso esté obligado a abonar los gastos de montaje, reparación, almacenamiento o inmovilización del vehículo, indemnizaciones o cualquier otra eventualidad derivada de la venta o uso que el cliente haga de la pieza adquirida.

A tal efecto, y en prueba de conformidad, el cliente acepta el presente contrato tras haberlo leído y aprobado.
