GARANTÍAS Y DEVOLUCIONES

Salvo en aquellos casos que se especifique que el material es nuevo, el cliente es consciente de que el material vendido por Desguaces y Recambios Macor es un recambio de segunda mano, recuperado, preparado y verificado para su correcto uso y funcionamiento.

Garantías

Todas las piezas a la venta en Desguaces y Recambios Macor tienen entre un mes y doce meses de garantía dependiendo de la tipología de la misma, indicada esta en el albarán o factura. Debido a la singularidad de las piezas y recambios, el montaje de las mismas debe ser realizado por profesionales.

Los artículos comercializados por Desguaces y Recambios Macor están debidamente señalados por sellos, marcas, precintos y grabaciones propias, para tener una correcta trazabilidad del producto. La rotura de esos precintos invalida la garantía y devolución del mismo. Quedan también excluidos de esta garantía los siguientes supuestos: piezas manipuladas sin el consentimiento de Desguace y Recambios Macor, repuestos sometidos a un uso desaconsejado o no establecido, repuestos dañados durante el montaje o incorrecta manipulación, daños ocasionados en el transporte no comunicados en un plazo de 24 horas siguientes a su recepción.

La factura o albarán será el comprobante para cualquier posible reclamación ante Desguaces y Recambios Macor por lo que es necesario que sea guardada por el cliente para poder ejercer sus derechos.

En el caso de motores hay que entender que es imposible conocer con exactitud que operaciones de mantenimiento se han llevado a cabo en dicho motor y si dichas operaciones se han realizado en las condiciones previstas por el fabricante, por lo que es necesario colocar un kit completo de distribución, bomba de agua y termostato, para poder ejercer una posterior garantía del mismo, se debe acreditar la factura tanto del montaje del motor realizada por un profesional como de las piezas sustituidas, en el caso de los motores de la marca Porsche que lo requieran es obligatoria la instalación de kit IMS nuevo.

Los neumáticos, pastillas, baterías, discos de freno, bombillas y escobillas carecen de cualquier tipo de garantía.

Condiciones de devolución o desistimiento

Desguaces y Recambios Macor ofrece un período de devolución de 14 días naturales según normativa legal vigente en todos los artículos a la venta desde la fecha de recepción del producto en caso de que no quedar completamente satisfecho con la compra, siempre que la pieza no haya sido montada en el vehículo o manipulada. En el caso de que Desguaces y Recambios Macor disponga de una pieza similar a la suministrada se realizara el cambio por esta y en caso de no disponer de ella se realizara un abono, excepto en piezas eléctricas.

El producto no debe haber sido manipulado. En caso de que nuestro departamento postventa detecte que el producto ha sido manipulado no se aceptara la devolución del mismo.

En el caso de piezas eléctricas, sea cual sea el motivo de la devolución no se realizará una devolución en dinero de la misma, sino un vale de compra sin caducidad para poder ser utilizado en futuras compras, siendo imprescindible su presentación para poder ser canjeado, en el caso de pérdida Desguaces y Recambios Macor no se hará responsable de esta y supondrá la pérdida del mismo.

Los costes del transporte tanto de ida como de vuelta sea cual sea el motivo de la devolución siempre correrán a cargo del cliente, siendo este el responsable del retorno de la pieza a nuestras instalaciones, el método o material de embalaje a utilizar en la devolución será el mismo o similar al utilizado por Desguace y Recambios Macor en sus expediciones, siendo el cliente responsable de los daños que se puedan producir en el transporte de retorno de la pieza, no se aceptaran porte debidos o reembolso. Nunca se devolverán los costes de montaje y desmontaje de la pieza.

El abono del recambio se realizará en los 20 días posteriores a la recepción del producto en nuestras instalaciones, ya que debe seguir un proceso de inspección y verificación.
